Eyewear is a must have any time that you go out shooting. Whether that be at an indoor or outdoor range. Now there are some differences that are going to occur when you are outside vs. when you are inside with regard to light and reflectivity. Things that can vastly affect your ability to shoot as you normally would. New Hampshire Now Honoring South Dakota Resident Permits

New Hampshire has updated it’s official website to indicate that it will begin to honor resident permits (both classes) from the state of South Dakota.

Delaware Will Only Honor North Dakota Class 1 Permits

The good news for those in North Dakota is that by having the option for the class 1 or class 2 permits there is a way to have reciprocity in states like Delaware. So if you travel to Delaware often and live in North Dakota its time to go get the required training and obtain your Class 1 permit.

South Carolina Will Now Honor Enhanced Permits From Mississippi

South Carolina has decided that the Enhanced permits from Mississippi meet their requirements and thus these permit holders will now be recognized and able to carry concealed in South Carolina.

This is a welcome change for Mississippi permit holders and increases the value and incentive of taking the necessary class to get the enhanced state permit!

Missouri Permitless Carry Goes Into Effect

On January 1st 2017 Senate Bill 656 goes into effect. This new law allows open and concealed carry throughout the state, for those 18 years or older, without a concealed carry permit. It remains illegal, however, for domestic violence offenders and felons to carry a firearm. This was a good battle in the state legislature.
