Return and/or Reshipment Costs:

You pay for shipping when:

  • You want to exchange the product despite it being built and/or shipped per the order specifications.
  • You fail to provide us with the full or valid shipping address and that causes it to be returned to us.
  • You want to return it for a refund.

We pay for shipping when:

  • We screw up. Your product isn't as ordered.
  • The product is being returned for warranty work covered by our warranty

Shipping Costs:

Where possible we charge the actual shipping cost for all orders. There are some products which may ship from a 3rd party fulfillment center or vendor and in those cases we generally charge a flat shipping rate.

Shipping Method:

Depending on the product(s) being ordered the customer may have the option of choosing their shipping carrier and service. When not specified most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Items eligible for USPS Media Mail may ship via Media Mail. Ocassionaly, items are shipped via UPS Ground.

Availability & Backorders:

We only ship goods within the USA. No International orders.

We do our best to manage inventory levels but we do allow customers to order products on backorder in most circumstances. When adding to cart or on the checkout page you should see a notice if the product you are purchasing is backordered. 

Digital Goods:

If you order a digital product such as a video program or electronic book you will be sent the product as an attachment, download link via email, or in the case of a course you will be granted access via our website's learning management platform. You can also find access to all your purchased digital products on your account page. Downloads for certain products may be limited per customer and may only be available for a limited period of time after the purchase date.

Tracking Your Packages:

Most shipments have tracking. We endeavor as a company to automatically email customers with the tracking number when the shipment is sent but this is not always possible depending on the 3rd party partners that we work with to fulfill different product orders. You can always contact us to request your tracking number.
