All of our physical goods available for sale online have either a fixed shipping cost anywhere in the US or the user may be able to pay the actual shipping cost.
Different products are shipped differently depending on the shipping source and the type of product. Most orders under a pound are shipped via USPS First Class. Order over a pound may ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground but please ask if you have specific questions.
Availability & Backorders:
We only ship goods within the USA. No International orders.
We do our best to manage inventory levels but we do allow customers to order products on backorder in most circumstances. When adding to cart or on the checkout page you should see a notice if the product you are purchasing is backordered. You can also click here for a specific status report on any products which are currently backordered or have longer than normal lead times.
If you order a digital product such as a video program or electronic book you will be sent the product as an attachment, download link via email, or in the case of a course you will be granted access on our website's learning management platform. You can also find access to all your purchased digital products in your account page. Downloads for certain products may be limited per customer and may only be available for a limited period of time after the purchase date.

Tracking Your Packages:
All shipments have tracking. We endeavor as a company to automatically email customers with the tracking number when the shipment is sent but this is not always possible depending on the 3rd party partners that we work with to fulfill different product orders. You can always contact us to request your tracking number.
