Return & Refund Policy:

Physical Products

If you purchase a book or other physical goods you may return it for a refund or credit within 60 days of receipt of your item. Additional terms may apply. Please review this entire page for additional details.

If the product has obviously been damaged, destroyed, or abused we will not process the refund for the return. Normal use or wear to be expected from the customer’s use of the item over a 60 day period is not grounds for refusing a refund.

Essentially if you buy a product and use it for up to 60 days without any abnormal abuse or damage, and decide for any reason you don’t like it you can return it for a refund.

Please note, in the case of medical products or kits, if the product has been opened (in the case of sealed items) we will not process the refund for the return.

Digital Goods & Online Training Courses

Most of our digital products are not eligible for refunds. Once purchased the customer is able to download or access the product. We have determined that allowing refunds for these products leaves the door open for abuse. 

Some of our online courses may be eligible for refunds ONLY IF the customer has not completed the course. Once the course has been finished the customer is no longer eligible for a refund. 

Subscriptions & Memberships

No refunds are available for any subscription service or product for any reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time. 

In-Person Classes And Events

We require prepayment for any class or event in order to guarantee the customer’s spot at the event.

Our instructors have financial risk when they reserve a venue, pay fees, order materials, and prepare for a class. Since we are in the firearms training industry, we are limited in the number of students we can have on a firing line at a gun range both due to space limitations and also to ensure a safe environment.

When a student enrolls and a spot is reserved for that student but they fail to attend and end up with a refund the worst-case scenario is that the instructor often loses money on the class overall or has missed out on selling that seat to another student who would have been able to attend.

Our refund policy varies depending on the cost of the course you are attending.

For classes/events that cost $150 or less:

If you prepay for a class that costs $150 or less and are unable to attend for any reason we will gladly refund your charge or credit you the cost toward another class. You need to contact us to within 3 months of the event to request a refund or to request to apply the cost toward a future event.

For classes/events that cost $151 or more:

For classes or events that cost $151 or more, the student may receive a full refund if they cancel within a minimum of 14 days before the event. Within the 14 days prior to the event the student may cancel and receive a 50% refund. Within the 3 months after the event the student may also contact us to request a 50% refund if they were unable to attend.

Shipping & Restocking Policy: Returns, Exchanges, Warranty Work

You pay for shipping or reshipping or return shipping when:

  • You want to exchange or return the product despite it being built and shipped per the order specifications.
  • The order is returned to us because you failed to enter the full and/or valid shipping address when you placed the order.
  • You want to return it for a refund.

We pay for shipping when:

  • We screw up. We don't ship your order to the order specifications.
  • The product is being returned for warranty work or a replacement is being shipped covered by our warranty.

Holster Restocking Fee

If you return a holster for a refund or to exchange it will incur a $15 restocking fee when:

  • You want to exchange or return the holster despite it being built and shipped per the order specifications.

There will NOT be a restocking fee when:

  • We screw up. We don't ship your order to the order specifications.
  • The product is being returned for warranty work and is covered by our warranty.

Guidelines for Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations:

  • Refunds are available for up to 60 days after the product has been delivered or made available to the customer.

  • Refunds are issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase
  • Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to process and show up on your bank/credit card statement
