Riley Bowman and Matthew Maruster share the latest JUSTIFIED SAVES (Defensive Gun Uses) including the successes and the failures. Today we have plenty to discuss as we break down multiple events including carjackings, attempted robberies, home invasions, and more. Plus we discuss the case out of Tennessee where a store clerk being chased down by a threat has his hand forced when his gun becomes apparent to that attacker.

The issues of open carry and/or printing and it’s disadvantages are limited. There may be a few exceptions to being seen with a gun, but there are more documented evidence by incarcerated bad guys who stated if they saw a gun on a citizen, whether printed or open, they would move along or return later. They don’t want a fight. The same applies to home invasion or any other target. They want easy and a fight would deter them. The fact is, most of these bad guys have no true intentions of killing anyone. The threat they use with a gun is for intimidation because they know if they actually killed someone, it’s life or death penalty. Whereas an armed robbery conviction has the possibility of parole and/or early release on good behavior.
