While South Carolina residents have been allowed to carry in both Nebraska and Minnesota for a while, only this year have residents of both states been allowed to carry concealed in South Carolina with their home state's concealed carry permit.

According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, residents of Minnesota and Nebraska will now have their CCW permits honored in South Carolina.
