Delaware Will Only Honor North Dakota Class 1 Permits
The good news for those in North Dakota is that by having the option for the class 1 or class 2 permits there is a way to have reciprocity in states like Delaware. So if you travel to Delaware often and live in North Dakota its time to go get the required training and obtain your Class 1 permit.

Today the United States Senate voted to verify a vote passed by the House of Representatives to nullify part of a gun control bill that keeps severely mentally ill people from buying guns. The bill will now head to the desk of President Donald Trump, who is likely to sign the piece of legislature.

South Carolina Will Now Honor Enhanced Permits From Mississippi
South Carolina has decided that the Enhanced permits from Mississippi meet their requirements and thus these permit holders will now be recognized and able to carry concealed in South Carolina.
This is a welcome change for Mississippi permit holders and increases the value and incentive of taking the necessary class to get the enhanced state permit!

This EDC Trauma Device Will Save Lives
There most well known is a windless style of tourniquet that uses a handle to lever that when twisted causes the device to constrict around the limb. There are also ratcheting tourniquets that work just as you would expect, a ratcheting device allows the tourniquet to be tightened and stay secure around the limb.
