Alex Ragulsky: Bianci Cup Champion – 40 Year Law Enforcement Veteran
For those of you who don't know Alex Ragulsky, get ready to hear from one of the absolute best as USA Firearm Training sat down with this former US Air Force security officer, 40-year veteran firearms instructor, deputy sheriff, patrol officer, detective, sergeant, and instructor at 3 different Colorado law enforcement agencies. That in and of itself is quite the list of accolades, but that's just his professional life.
Alex is also a highly decorated competitive shooter. Alex has shot air rifle, shotgun, pistol and three-gun competition and in 2012 he was inducted into the Colorado State Trapshooting Association’s Hall of Fame. He has won many state titles not only in Colorado but also in many surrounding states. Alex has successfully competed at the Bianchi Cup and the Glock Sports Shooting Foundation, as well as several other shooting venues. In 2014, Alex achieved MASTER status with the Glock Sports Shooting Foundation. Alex is also the 41st person in history to receive the NRA's Triple Distinguished Expert rating in pistols, rifles, and shotguns.
Alex retired from police work in August of 2015, but even still the man keeps busy as an NRA instructor and training counselor, Alex is also an armorer for Glock, Beretta, Smith and Wesson and Remington firearms. Alex is also a member of the MEC Shotshell Reloaders Pro Staff.
In addition to being a full-time police sergeant Alex is a frequent guest lecturer for a legal protection firm speaking about a wide range of legal and tactical topics.
It's pretty safe to say that Alex Ragulsky is a man who lives and breathes firearms, and that is why we knew he would be the perfect guest for our November 2016 Guardian Nation live webinar. And he did not disappoint.
