Pennsylvania Will No Longer Honor Any Non-Resident Permits But Adds Idaho Enhanced and Alabama

PA law requires that the Attorney General's office complete a review of the concealed carry laws of the other 49 states to determine which have standards that match or exceed Pennsylvania law relating to applying for and receiving a concealed carry permit.

As part of that review, only one state that was previously honored in Pennsylvania will no longer be honored. Effective May 17th, Virginia permits will no longer be valid or honored in Pennsylvania. This is bad news for Virginia residents.

In addition, Pennsylvania has ceased honoring ANY non-resident permits. So those of you who rely on non-resident permits to get reciprocity in Pennsylvania are out of luck effective immediately.

There is some good news as Pennsylvania has determined that it will begin honoring permits from Alabama as well as Enhanced permits from Idaho.

This state allowed thugs and criminal gang bangers to bring in illegal votes that allowed Joey Biden to win.

I have an Arizona non-resident permit and a Florida non-resident permit, both of which are stated on Pennsylvania’s website that they’re not honored. They do honor New Hampshire, but their website doesn’t specify that non-resident permits are not honored. So which is it? Do they honor New Hampshire non-resident permits or not?

Sorry, the link I supplied isn’t an official state of Pennsylvania website. My mistake!
