Today’s episode is sponsored by our very own USA Firearm Training’s American Gun Law Course. What would you pay to sit down with an attorney and ask him all the questions you wanted answers to about gun and self-defense law? Well you can get all these answers in a 3-hour online video training course for much less than even an hour’s worth of time spent with an attorney. We spent 2.5  days sitting down with one of the best criminal defense attorneys asking him to explain and break down the laws, and recorded it all. This fantastic training is available for pre-order now! www.concealedcarry.com/agl

    It’s very simple…..
    Just tell them the truth.
The police come after the fact. You are on your own.
Don’t count on the police, state, fed government to protect you.
Know your rights & use them……
And REMEMBER. If you must use your gun. To protect yourself, family.
When the police come. Just give your name& say. I was in fear for my life. I want a lawyer.
Say no more, not one word until you have a lawyer with you.
Know your rights. And use them…

I lived in Florida when Jimmy Carter was President. He let in illegals at that time known as Cubans. They were horrible breaking into homes, holding people hostage, beatings. We were a small subdivision. Jimmy Carter was a natural born citizen and when he saw what he was doing to his own country he back tracked. It took 30-40 years for the liberals to find someone to run for President that is not a natural born citizen and this is what happens. Of course, Hillary is about money and power and she has no scruples. She will follow whatever the big boys want and they may not have our nation’s best interest. In other words she has sold her soul for power.

I have held political office and it is important to vote carefully. I personally will vote for Trump. The reason why is he knows how to be successful & grow our nation. The left fears him and that is probably a good sign. In holding office, don’t vote party vote for the person. Party is important, but some conservatives are unhappy that Trump has a few liberal traits, but basically he is a conservative and likes to be successful. It is time that our nation be successful. and a leader in this world. Without our leadership there is no safety in the world. Fear is a powerful weapon. Another thing to think about?

Obama refuses to protect our borders yet he is building an 11 foot fence around the White House. What does he know that he hasn’t told us…..what does he fear? What should we fear?

All one has to do is read the news and they should be able to see the need to carry. of course, some people just never seem to get the message.

All of you have seemed to indicate that it should be so simple to explain and that the reasons are obvious, but I’m telling you from experience I know for a fact that the majority of CCW’ers DO NOT regularly carry! It’s a sad fact!

Well, I guess we kind of talk about that in this episode, but still do you have any ideas or opinions about that?

  4. David Tong on June 19, 2016 at 1:11 am

This is a very logical and well thought out commentary. For my own part, I do believe that CCW holders should be prepared, legally, physically, and practiced, to be able to save others as well as themselves or immediate family or friends. While this opens up a can of worms in terms of discernment of what constitutes a good shooting, as well as prudence being the better part of valor (seeking cover or concealment, watching a situation and act when you truly believe you should intervene), the main take-away of this was whether each of us has the ability to quit making excuses about when or why to carry, and simply do it.

Probably some people shouldn’t if they have no ability to look beyond their own person, when they cannot justify in their mind that innocents may be injured or killed whom they do not know if they do not act.

I hope and pray to never be in such a situation though. Thankfully the likelihood is quite low, so unless one is facing some kind of terroristic act, or walks into a building in Condition White, being aware of one’s surroundings and trusting your gut stands to reason.

If you don’t carry all the time, and THIS day you decide to carry because you will be going through a bad area (or any other reason) and you do happen to use your weapon in defense of your life, the prosecuting attorney will question you on this fact. When you say (in court) that you don’t carry all the time but decided to THIS day because you were traveling through a bad neighborhood (or any other reason), the prosecuting attorney will say “Oh, so THAT day you decided to carry, you were out looking for a fight!!!”

So, are YOU out looking for a fight or do you carry every day in to be prepared to protect your life and the lives of your loved ones?
