- Court facilities — courthouses and any portion of a building occupied by a circuit court, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, or Tax Court, or by personnel related to those courts. A Class C felony with no license exception. A presiding judge may permit specified weapons, and local court facilities are covered when the presiding judge has entered an order
- The Capitol building group — the Capitol, State Office Building, State Library, Labor and Industries Building, State Transportation Building, Agriculture Building, and Public Service Building
- Passenger terminals of commercial service airports with over one million passenger boardings per year (Portland)
- School grounds where the district school board, a public university board, OHSU's board, or a community college board has adopted a policy revoking the license defense, with signs posted at all normal entry points and notice on the board's website
- Buildings owned or controlled by a city, county, or district and used for official meetings, where the governing body has adopted such a policy and posted signs
- Department of Corrections facility grounds
- Racecourses regulated by the Racing Commission
- Commission for the Blind property, including vehicles
- Tribal land and all property owned by any of the nine federally recognized Oregon tribes, including casinos, without written permission from the tribal judge for each property
- State parks located on Army Corps of Engineers land, per federal law
