I found the craftsmanship to be wanting. The battery compartment is very cheaply made, and I had to do a bit of work with a screwdriver and pliers to get the batteries to stay in; the contacts were bent and the battery would just pop out as soon as I tried to put install it. The fit is adequate, the size is the best aspect of the component. I haven’t brought it to the range yet so I can’t review its actual performance.
