Riley and Jacob are back from Milwaukee, Wisconsin after attending the 2017 NRA Carry Guard Expo. They talk about a number of interesting and new products they found there including an innovative speed loader for revolvers, guns that fold in half, guns that load cartridges “backwards,” and of course they talk about the newly released Gen 5 Glocks.
Many people may hear the words Fashion Show and imagine images of well dressed models demoing expensive clothing and accessories but that was far from the reality of this NRA Fashion Show.
The event is advertising that 150 exhibitors will be showcasing products and services oriented toward the every day armed citizen. There will also be a Concealed Carry Fashion Show and unlike some other industry events this is one where you can come armed. Concealed carry (within the limits of Wisconsin law) is allowed.
Riley and Jacob talk about the coverage surrounding the recent congressional baseball shooting in D.C. Some lawmakers are proposing that they pass legislation allowing them to be treated much like federal law enforcement and be able to carry concealed even in gun-restrictive jurisdictions like Washington D.C. We can’t help but wonder if it isn’t the time to really get serious about passing a National Reciprocity bill?!
