Shooter Ready Challenge: January 2021

Each month we record and publish a video that is totally free to watch and is designed to help you, our audience and fellow concealed carriers, up your proficiency in shooting.

Our Shooter Ready Challenge, or SRC, utilizes different dry fire drills that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

As you can imagine, this is extremely important right now with this massive ammunition shortage we're seeing. To make up for the lack in live-fire shooting, supplementing with dry fire as much as possible is the next best thing.

When you participate in the SRC it's almost like taking a mini dry fire class from Riley Bowman, our Director of Training and host of the Concealed Carry Podcast. Something that's really cool and unexpected is that each month we pick a “winner” of sorts from our pool of participants.

The winner gets a prize for participating and making an attempt at upping their shooting proficiency. Last month, John S. from Oklahoma won a Ready Up Gear Handgun Cleaning Kit.

This month, Riley walks us through different modes of practice and shows us how to do a Bill Drill doing some good old dry fire.

It's not too late to get started, and you can learn more about the challenge and sign up to participate for a chance to win the freebie, here.

Where else can you get free training and maybe win a gift at the end?

P.S. Also available on the signup page are all of the other SRC videos that you can go through and watch at your own pace, completely free.
