Youtube Firearm DrillA quick search on YouTube and you will find the most viewed video for firearm training is a video that reviews a few drills used by Russian Special Forces for advanced handgun training. While this video is fun to watch it crosses the line for what we could consider a safe training environment. While you want to create a fairly realistic training environment you cannot afford to sacrifice safety like this.

Where possible use physical exercise to increase your own heart rate so as to simulate the adrenaline you may be feeling when the first shots are fired. Drill the motions over and over to create muscle memory but don't use your buddies as pop up targets.
