Carrying concealed in Nevada is a coveted status and for many has been very difficult unless able to travel to Nevada and get the local permit. Last year Nevada passed SB175 which quickly granted reciprocity to the Arizona permit which was seen as a huge help for non-residents who are able to obtain the Arizona permit.
Now, Nevada has ceased to honor the Rhode Island permit but has added reciprocity for the Virginia permit. The Virginia permit is also a very popular non-resident permit since it can be obtained with an online concealed carry course only.
Congrats to everyone who has the Virginia permit and sorry to those from Rhode Island!
