Episode 85: Best Justified Stories of 2016

After last week's best of episode we had a listener ask us if we could publish a “best of” justified stories podcast episode. Given this week's travel to American Marksman; that sounded like a good idea. These are awful and awesome stories depending on your perspective. I'm confident you will find value from reviewing them.

Then you guys come out with indecisive stance on warning shot. Which everyone knows there is no warning shot and if you admit to such you are inviting trouble. I wish you guys wouldn’t minimize importance of knowing your response ahead of time. You could possibly miss an intruder confronting you with deadly force on purpose but please call it a miss and know what to say if this happens. I just can’t trivialize the situational awareness it empowers the liberal enemy.

We have always been consistent about not advocating for warning shots. Could you help me understand where we went wrong in this episode and with our analysis?
