Was at the range last week and noticed one of my bad habits. I was taking it slow and only working on accuracy with a fairly new pistol. But, I found myself shaking my shoulders out every few shots. Almost like watching a basketball player do a little shake before a free throw. It’s something I’ll be trying to avoid next time I go shooting. Thanks for the great podcast. Enjoy it very much and listen to every episode. Keep it going!

Josh, thank you for sharing this! This is EXACTLY the sort of thing we are talking about with “MMM’s”!! I am really glad you were able to discover this habit that you had developed. Now that you’re aware of that issue, your mind will be much greater attuned and aware to other things that you may or may not be doing. This is what will separate you from other shooters and really help you to advance your skills!
