The driver, naturally startled, then drove the car off the road, through a construction zone, and into a ditch. When officers arrived they applied a tourniquet to the victim’s leg and transported him to the hospital. Police found a total of 3 unsecured handguns and marijuana on the passenger side of the vehicle.
