More New Products From SIG, M400 3 Gun Rifle And MCX Rattler Pistol

Famed gun maker SIG Sauer was out in force at this year's SHOT Show, with some epic new releases. This year I got the feeling that, in a slightly down gun economy, gun makers have to think outside the box a bit to really bring the sales home. SIG is doing just that with some of the guns they've brought to SHOT Show, 2018 like the SIG Sauer P365 concealed carry, double stack 9mm pocket pistol. This time around, though, I'm going to share with you a few other boomsticks they brought.

First up, is the MCX Rattler Pistol. Chambered for .300 blackout with a teeny, tiny little 5.5 inch barrel, this $2,719 braced pistol is perfect for the backpack or truck safe. While not the best option if you're struggling to put food on the table (price is a bit bigger than the pistol is), the adjustable brace is sure to help give extra stability while shooting, and the 30-round magazine is good to level just about any playing field.

Okay, I'm starting to sound like a spoksman for SIG, and I'm not. Promise. But, this thing is pretty sexy, even if I could never afford one. Check out Riley's video interview here:

Next up, SIG shows us something for the 3-gunner in all of us. I have to admit that I had a “duh” kind of moment when I saw the controls. Almost like, why don't all rifles come like this, even if not used in competition?

What did you think about the new product lineup from SIG Sauer? Anything you'd seriously consider getting? On the bare minimum, I see a few things I feel like I need to add to my AR pattern rifles. And, I do have a pre-order in for their newest pistol, the P365. Yes, I'm jumping all over that bandwagon.
