Hidden Hybrid Holsters Review [Video]
Hidden Hybrid Holsters have been around for quite a few years and make a quality concealed carry holster that the average gun owner can afford.
As the name implies, this company produces a hybrid holster that is high quality at a really great price point.
And as a bonus, these holsters are made right here in my home state, Ohio.
They currently offer a few different models, which are the 2-clip combination inside the waist band (IWB) and outside the waist band (OWB) holster that is the subject of this review, a one clip IWB version, and a OWB only hybrid holster.
The two-clip model that I have for my Hidden Hybrid Holsters Review is made of a Kydex shell and a thick, suede-backed leather base.
The fasteners and stitching are impressive, and show outstanding quality. Overall, it feels durable, well made, and likely to stand up to repeated use.
A huge bonus for the two clip version is that it basically gives you two different methods to wear your gun. If you're staying around the house, but still want to carry at home, you can go the more comfortable method of OWB. Then, if you need to go out, you can swap it to IWB carry.
Thus, giving it a leg up against other, comparable holsters of similar quality that don't offer this feature.
I generally don't usually opt for hybrid style holsters, but this one is very comfortable, not to mention versatile (in that it can be worn IWB or OWB).
The suede backing is very soft and comfortable up against my skin, and these types of holsters generally form to your body more as time goes on, as you continue to wear it in the same position.
The customer service is great and these guys make sure they take care of their customers, which is always nice. Also a bonus is that the webpage is easy to navigate for finding your holster, and not confusing. There is also a 30 day return policy and lifetime warranty on the holster itself (clips are not included under the lifetime warranty).
Comparing this hybrid holster to others in similar price points is like comparing the night to the day.
Quality and craftsmanship is evident in the HHH. They also offer magazine carriers, but I have not tested one.
I go over more of this in detail in my Hidden Hybrid Holsters Review Video, below:

This is an update to the original article, published March, 2017.
I’ve had my Hidden Hybrid IWB holster for almost two years now, and wear it daily. Mine is for my S&W Shield. After two years I can tell you this. The most comfortable I have ever used, and my gun shows absolutely no holster wear on the finish. The cant and retention are adjusted to my liking, and now need to buy two more. Want one for my Kimber Ultra II, and one for my Sig P-228. Going to just toss the Uncle Mikes and Blackhawks..:)
I wholeheartedly concur with your assessment of the HHH dual clip holsters.
Quite frankly they leave Alien Gear Holsters in the dust. I utilize one of their holsters on-the-job for my SIG P220.
Absolutely love the holster and wholeheartedly recommend.
