    As a concealed handgun permit holder, I am well aware the armed encounter is likely not going to be wearing armor. However, as a church security team member, knowing well that an attacker deliberately planned to attack, he may well be wearing body armor, so the Mozambique/Failure drill might well come in handy.
    I also note your point about the number of shots required and not practicing bad techniques, the shooter at the Texas West Freeway church shooting was neutralized by a single shot–to the head.
