Two days ago we published a reciprocity update about Wisconsin adding 5 new states to the list of states whose permits will be honored in Wisconsin. They have now taken a step back to clarify that they will only be honoring the Enhanced permits from South Dakota and not all South Dakota permits as we originally suggested.
So for all you standard permit holders from South Dakota who had were so excited we are sorry to disappoint. If you travel often to Wisconsin you should consider obtaining the enhanced permit.
