The Wisconsin Attorney General's office has updated their website to reflect that they will begin honoring concealed carry permits from five states which were not previously honored. While gaining reciprocity in a single state may remind us that we don't have the right to keep and bear arms everywhere in America, I still consider it a win.

If I already have a CCW permit in MI., I will probably have to take the whole session and test again, if I move back to WI. Dang ! I wonder if they will let me keep my old, good permit from MI … after I move to WI.

Are any of these states that Wisconsin honors their permits going to give reciprocity to to Wisconsin CCW permit holders? IE Wisconsin recognises Florida but Florida doesn’t recognize Wisconsins. To me that is bullshit.
I agree with you there. Some of these states already recognized Wisconsin but at this point I’m not aware that any states have made a change in response.

these states that don’t allow ccw are only playing a game with us Americans. the ups and downs that goes on and on will at one
time be that our ccw permits are honored in all states…. now the ass hole polititions have a grip on these so called governors,
have buffaloed us in to believing the we will never get a permit from their special state[s] as long as the ass hole governors are being bought off…….y our so called POLITITIONS . they suck, and suck more of daily repitious money passing from one hand to another…..
the people and the honest polititions need to get off there round ass and pass the ccw’s permits and stop playing rosie posie with
our second amendment rights to bear arms period……… our US CONSTITUTION gives us the right to bear arms. These Governors
have taken the oath to protect our CONSTITUTION at the hand of God;s Bible with there hand upon it so….. when they were sworn in
to take the office of governor. what the f is the matter with this shit we have tp fill out paper work to get a permit. thank you good citizens for my God given right to speak my words of wisdom. let me hear from someone else………. Amen.

I live in Florida. If I remember correctly, Florida tends to recognize those states that recognize their ‘license’ (here in Florida).
I suspect Florida will recognize Wisconsin permit at the time of their next update (don’t know how frequently that occurs).
Bob, I think you are right. Florida makes live time decisions about reciprocity so the update could come anytime.
I am not happy that when I ride my Harley from N.Y.on vacation in the one state that I love to travel in I can not ccw!!
