What Does This “Top Shot” Think About the Course?

I just finished up the Vehicle Tactics course. SUPER IMPRESSED! There’s a lot of information there and you guys do a fantastic job of unpacking everything in a logical and easy to understand fashion. The information is solid and the way it is presented is very logical and coherent. I think that’s SUPER important! Some people may never get a chance to do this stuff on the range so the information that you present here is what they’ll fall back on in times of crisis. The easier it is to understand, the easier it will be for them to recall when they’re under stress. Very well done guys!!! -Gary Quesenberry

You May Never Learn This From Your Range or Instructor

Despite the amount of time you spend in the car and the ultimate vulnerability of that environment, there aren't a lot of opportunities to train in and around cars. Search your local gun ranges and even all the major firearm training academies in the country and unless you have a badge you will have a VERY hard time finding any class that will teach you how to shoot in and around vehicles. The few that exist won't let you shoot through the glass.

This video course, while not as ideal as an in-person course, will arm you will the important skills and knowledge to be able to succeed in this environment. Getting plane tickets, paying for a hotel, and taking a 2 day class to learn how to shoot around a car (and still not be able to see how shooting through glass affects everything) would cost you thousands of dollars. Take advantage of this online video course to get the knowledge you need today!

This course is a fantastic resource that is constructed well and presented professionally. Jacob and Reilly do a great job of explaining and demonstrating concerns, issues and tactics to deal with a threat in and around a vehicle. It was great to see how deflection occurs and how glass and angles affect penetration. I appreciate that there’s no “tacti-cool” attitudes and that they are authentically fascinated by what they (we) learned from this experience. Very well done!!! I look forward to training with the lessons learned from this great video series.

Jerry is absolutely correct. This is a well crafted series of investigations, demomstrations, and discussions that will inform the student about this critical aspect of our training.
Most of us probably spend a fair amoumt of time in cars and trucks. It behooves us to be aware if how bullets are affected by penetrating glass and metal, how it deflects off sheet metal, and various strategies for fighting in cars, from inside and outside cars and around cars.
Take this course and Riley and Jacob will give you plenty of information and strategies that will serve as a good foundation for this important skill set.

  3. Russell Duty

This was a very eye opening course for me. It set out in a very logical way a thought process regarding vehicle attacks which I found extremely helpful in picking the best course of action. Certainly, fighting is not always the best way go. It goes over fighting within the car and outside the car. It discusses consideration in dealing with passengers and different techniques to make the best draw and shots from confined environments. It goes into great detail about where is the best positions to fight from outside the car as well. I certainly would recommend this class to anyone who cannot take a live course and something that would be very helpful to view prior to taking a live course.

Leave it up to Riley, Jacob, and the crew at concealedcarry.com to think of situations that nobody else would think of. Great instruction as always from these guys! They make sure they put in the hard work practicing and playing out different situations as well as do their research for what they’re teaching others. They know how to explain it well along with great demonstrations. I’ve taken vehicle tactics courses that haven’t even brought up many of the points they do in this course! Great course and great idea to introduce the likelihood of being in a vehicle when something goes down since many of us are constantly traveling in our everyday lives. Thumbs up from me for sure!
