USCCA Expo Postponed Due To Corona Virus
We just received an email from the USCCA letting us know that the USCCA's Expo has been postponed following the declaration of a state of emergency as set forth by Kansas City authorities. The email we've received says the following:
Good afternoon,
In cooperation with Kansas City authorities and following the city’s declaration of a State of Emergency for an initial period of 21 days, we are postponing the USCCA’s 2020 Expo until a later date. We will keep you informed as to when that date is once it has been confirmed.
Please cancel flights and any booked transportation to Kansas City at this time. We recommend checking the policy of the airline as many are offering the opportunity to rebook your flight without incurring any fees …
Ensuring the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff at the USCCA Expo has always been our top priority, and we’ve been closely following the guidelines set forward by the city. We will continue to do so as we determine a later date to host the event.
…
Thank you!
As of this writing there is no information on their website about the postponing of the event, and no date has currently been given for the new time.
Stay tuned, because as we learn more we'll share it with you.
Please note that ellipses (…) were put there by me, as I removed info like contact names, but didn't want to interrupt the flow of the email.
