Washington Begins to Recognize Kansas Permits Again

AGO_logoEarlier in June of 2015 Washington stopped recognizing the concealed carry permits from Kansas claiming that Kansas failed to recognize the Washington permits in a meaningful way. They understood the Kansas law to only recognize the Washington permit if it was in the hands of a Kansas resident. Apparently they have recognized their error and have corrected their policy. Understanding that Kansas will in fact honor Washington permits from Washington residents they have once again started to honor the Kansas concealed carry permits.

Their state website has been updated to reflect the changes.
