Safe, effective, and innovative, the Shot Indicating Resetting Trigger (SIRT) Training Pistol was developed by shooters for shooters, to complement, not replace, live fire training. The SIRT Training Pistol brings together a host of patent pending technologies critical to improving shooting accuracy while addressing issues of cost and liability.
The SIRT Pocket Pistol is a dedicated laser training device which mimics a variety of popular, concealable sub-compact pistols, such as the Glock 42/43, Ruger LC9, Ruger LCP, S&W Shield, Taurus PT111, and several others. It provides an auto-resetting, fully-adjustable trigger, and a trigger take-up and a shot indicating laser. You can customize your SIRT pistol by changing out the sights, utilizing the fully-functional rail, or swaping out the provided baseplates to simulate different magazine types.
The Pocket Pistol Model has features that are similar to any variety of ultra compact pistols.
Each Sirt Training Pistol Contains the Following:
- One Pocket Pistol SIRT Training Pistol
- Trigger and Laser Windage and Elevation Adjustment Adjustment Tool (1.5mm hex wrench)
- Both a straight grip extension and a curved grip extension (comes with short flat grip extension installed)
Adjustable trigger take up activation:
The new trigger module provides adjustment for when lower red trigger take up laser is activated based on the trigger pull. For example, you can adjust the lower red trigger take up laser to be activated as soon as the trigger is touched. Or you can adjust the lower red trigger take up laser to be activated when the trigger is prepped (i.e. pressed about half way). This provides for various drills for safety and performance.
The new trigger system is adjustable to adjust the trigger prep weight and the trigger break weight. You can adjust these parameters without having to disassemble the pistol.
The trigger can be adjusted by the following parameters:
- Initial Trigger Location
- Trigger Overtravel Location
- Trigger Break Location
- Trigger Take-up Force
- Trigger Break Force
- Degree of Sear Engagement
