The redesigned MV550-19 includes the Illuminated No-Eyes® keypad and enhanced security features where they are needed most: a reinforced steel lip and full perimeter interior anti-pry tabs prevent prying and bounce open attacks while the steel security cable allows for the safe to be secured while on the go.

The foam-padded interior accommodates a full-sized handgun and room for an extra magazine. The manual backup key features a dimpled design for enhanced pick resistance. MV550-19: offering superior protection for what matters most, at home or on the go.

    Received the unit and installed a battery. Nothing happened when I depressed any of the keypads. Called the contact number and was told I needed a new battery. Bought a lithium 9 volt and still nothing happened. Called again and was told a lithium is not an option. Bought a battery they finally specified and found the unit defective. Returned it, concealed carry paid the shipping, and am waiting for the new unit. Concealed carry was very good to deal with but this unit left something to be desired.

      Sorry about the defective unit. The first one we’ve ever had reported by a customer. Glad we got it sorted out!

    ***This rating is not exclusively regarding the product itself, but mostly of the (complete lack of) customer service regarding the transaction***
    So I received a defective product. It took several weeks of repeatedly sending emails to finally get a response from their customer service.
    We ended up agreeing that I would return the product for an exchange. Well, it has been another several weeks since they received the package (based on tracking info), and I have yet to hear back from them on the status of my replacement – again in spite of sending them repeated emails.
    And today, I still have not heard anything from them, I return to this website and see that this item is “Out of Stock” – so I do not know if they even have the item to replace the one like they agreed to. And since they have not responded to my emails, I am at a loss…
    I am only writing this review out of desperation so I can hopefully have some sort of resolution to this disastrous experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company at all.

      CT, I’ve reviewed all your inquiries to our team and we’ve responded to each within 2 business days. Based on reading your ongoing inquiries it seems you may not be receiving our responses. In short, as soon as the defective safe arrived at our end we shipped out a new one to you. Shipping is slow, especially this time of year but tracking shows it should be there today or tomorrow. Sorry about your negative experience.
