Wilderness Tactical Modular Med Pouch

Description

The Wilderness Tactical Modular Med Pouch holds one small kit of medical gear and lets you decide where it rides. The back has a wide belt loop that fits belts up to 3″, so it can go on your belt, in your pack, or onto the optional Ankle TQ Cuff.

Getting your gear out fast

Inside, a strip of wide nylon webbing runs from the top of the pouch, down under your gear, and back up the other side. Pull the tongue of that strap and everything comes up with it, so you aren’t digging around with your fingers. The flap has its own pull tab that’s easy to grab even with gloves on, and the pouch can be worn flap-up or flap-down.

Optional Ankle TQ Cuff

Add the Ankle TQ Cuff and the pouch slides onto it through the belt loop. The cuff has its own elastic pocket for a SOF-T, CAT, or similar full-size or compact tourniquet, so you can carry a tourniquet and a small med kit together on one ankle. The back of the pouch is covered in soft loop material so it’s comfortable against your sock or foot. The cuff is built from the same heavy-duty elastic webbing and hook-and-loop that Wilderness uses on their Ankle IFAK and Renegade Ankle Holster.
