Land of the Free | Higher Line Podcast #109

Roughly two weeks ago retired Navy Master Chief James Rife peacefully protested the beach closing near his home in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. He stood at parade rest in his formal dress blue uniform at waters edge near a hand made yard sign saying "LAND OF THE FREE."

Rife expected to get arrested, but after encounter with the local police force the towns beaches were re-opened to the public.
