Ken, our standard schedule is Wednesdays at 1pm and 4pm Mountain time.
When taking long trips in the car, getting in and out at gas stations, etc., I like to have a gun on my person, but also a gun in a holster mounted on the center console, so that I have easy access to the car-mounted gun while in the vehicle, and then I don’t need to transfer to/from the on-body holster when getting in and out of the car (and risk someone noticing the movement). This is especially relevant if pocket carrying, as it is nearly impossible to draw the weapon from a pocket when seated in the car with a seatbelt. When not in the course of traveling, the car-mounted gun is not in the vehicle or is secured in a locked safe.
