A Familiar Way to Run the VP9 | VP9 A1 Series Button Mag Release

There’s a rhythm to a good training day. Set the range, pick a skill, and put in the reps. Eventually, the little things become second nature.

We took the new HK VP9F-B and VP9X-B to the range for movement drills and reloads. These VP9 A1 Series B-models feature a button magazine release in place of the VP9’s traditional paddle. If you’ve spent years training with a button release, your thumb already knows where to go. The pistol changes, but your process doesn’t.

When the pace picks up, familiar controls let you focus on the work instead of thinking about the gun.

Featured pistols: HK VP9F-B and HK VP9X-B.

The paddle isn’t going anywhere. Now you have a choice: Team Paddle or Team Button? Cast your vote: https://www.concealedcarry.com/paddle-vs-button/
