Paul Sharp is a retired police officer, part of the Shivworks Collective and Co-Owner of SBG Illinois, a BJJ gym in Bartlett, Illinois. He is a respected firearms and martial arts trainer. While on the force for over 20 years his assignments included patrol, SWAT, and training as well as resident officer and undercover narcotics. He's previously competed at a professional level in MMA and boxing.
