This picture was taken during the Las Vegas Mass Murder incident in 2017. The woman pictured is Alisha Ketter, a FIREARM instructor in Reno NV. When I met with her several months later to hear her story I was struck by one very important insight. She is a firearm instructor. She is very capable of dealing with your average threat.
