The only machine washable deep concealment holster with mag pouches, that will work with any clothing or outfit. Learn more below!

Introducing the Brave Response Holster. This is our answer to everything that gets under our skin about concealed carry these days. If you have the obligatory box of holsters and nothing really satisfies, this is for you.

  • It doesn’t have to be hooked or clipped to your belt, boot, or anything. The built-in waistband goes around your torso like a belt
  • As a waistband holster, it can be as shallow or as deep of concealment as you want or as your pants allow
  • Its a one size fits all holster meaning that you only need to buy one and it will work for ALL your semi-automatic handguns
  • It holds up to 3 spare magazines along with the gun!!! (Or two spare magazines and a flashlight…)
  • It takes less time to put on and it conceals better without printing than any holster on the market
  • It fits any waist from 18 to 48 inches (we do offer a waist extension that you can check out by clicking here)
  • The Brave Response Holster is made from heavy duty “SharkSkin” breathable canvas and is lined with cotton poly next to the skin. Going Commando? This will still be comfortable and breathable
  • The entire holster is machine washable
  • The holster has a built-in forward cant for a smooth, fast, tactical draw
  • The magazine pouches feature an elastic that secures your magazine/flashlight tight so it doesn't just sit loosely
  • Fully tuckable. Tuck in your shirt without worrying about printing or showing any belt clips or the like. Completely and 100% concealable underneath a fully tucked in shirt.

It fits ALL semi-automatic handguns and most smaller revolvers;

That includes ALL semi-automatic handguns from Glock, Smith and Wesson, Springfield, Sig Sauer, Browning, Desert Eagle, Kahr, Beretta, Ruger, Walther, FN-Herstal, Colt, Kimber, Heckler and Koch (H&K), C-Z, Steyr, Taurus, and 1911 style handguns. If you don't see your gun manufacturer listed here, but it is a semi-automatic it WILL FIT.

Handgun Accessories;

  • The holster does NOT accommodate any firearms with trigger guard or tac rail mounted lights or lasers.

ALL YOUR GUNS The Brave Response Holster’s patent-pending pocket design has been carefully developed and tested to be able to accommodate all semi-automatic handguns. So whether you are a Sig or a Glock or a Springfield or a Smith and Wesson, or any brand of 1911 or any of the other brands of handgun out there… (seriously, we took it to Cabelas, and Scheels and we made sure we put EVERY SINGLE semi-auto in it before we did anything else) Your handgun will fit perfectly in this holster. Our founders carry the Glock 27 double stack, Glock 42 single stack, Kimber 1911, Walther P99, FNX Tactical 45, SIG P226 Blackwater Edition, and H&K P30 all interchangeably in the same holster. We have found many Revolvers to be able to fit as well, (however, we have found that the large frame revolvers like the K frames and the Pythons do not fit) we will be developing a more extensive list of revolvers that do and don’t fit here in the coming months.
ALL YOUR UNIFORMS The Brave Response Holster is self-contained and you will find it is comfortably worn with gym shorts, jeans, slacks, a kilt, whatever…. The founder wears just his holster and skivvies in his waders fly fishing in the river. It is truly here to cater to your specific brand of crazy as it does his.
ALL THE TIME NO KYDEX, your body flexes and bends and sweats and moves. Kydex does not. Leather Does not. CCW holsters are supposed to be comfortable. How is this even possible with Kydex and leather? The answer is, it’s not… Kydex and leather are for OWB holsters. The Brave Response Holster is designed to fit close to the body and leave as little an impression as possible. We built this holster to provide a comfort barrier between you and the gun while making sure not to add bulk. Our beta testers have been carrying full-size handguns and extra mags with no printing and maximal comfort so it can be worn while out and about or in and relaxing. We really think you will be surprised at how it feels as it is our goal to encourage law-abiding citizens to carry more often as we never know when the wolf will be at the door.
TOUGHNESS Tough but tender, The Brave Response Holster has been designed using the highest quality “Sharkskin” Canvas at its core for longevity, breathability, comfort, and sturdiness. We use the highest quality “No-Snag” Industrial Velcro that ensures you are not ruining your clothes but that the holster is securely held around your waist. The elastic waistband has been chosen to further the lightweight feel of the holster but with the strength to last you.
VERSATILITY The Brave Response Holster ships with an elastic waistband capable of fitting comfortably and securely on anyone with an 18″ – 48″ waist. This can be tucked if the holster is to be regularly worn by more than one person or the extra belt material can be removed and the edge of the belt singed with a lighter or match. The Brave Response Holster comes with a removable retention strap. If you like retention – use it, if not- remove it. The Brave Response Holster is capable of carrying up to 3 magazines in addition to the one in the gun itself can also use any mag pocket for most small flashlights and pocket knives Because the Brave Response Holster can carry such a wide variety of handguns, you can get rid of the box of holsters and have one holster that is right for you and all your handguns.
BREATHABLE NO LEATHER, Leather does not breathe now, it didn’t breathe when it was skin. Skin is designed for keeping liquids and other stuff inside the body. Our holster is designed to breathe. That way you can breathe, your gun can breathe, everyone can breathe, and that makes life comfortable. No more taking off your sopping wet leather and metal and hard plastic holster. You’ll find this holster keeps you much cooler as a result of less weight, less bulk and the most durable breathable fabrics on the planet.
FLUIDITY OF TRAINING We are a defensive training company first and foremost. Our students include private citizens, Military, law enforcement, and private armed security forces. This holster was built to enable you to protect your life. In a defensive situation, you will lose the ability to perform fine motor skills, so building a holster that is safe and comfortable for the 99.9999% of the time that you carry and a holster that is effective and ready for that 1 in 300,000 chance of being a victim of violent crime. The patent-pending pocket on the holster positions your firearm in a forward cant position to replicate your outside the waistband training holster that you wear to the range. This will aid you in a defensive situation as most of our students have never drawn from concealed until they are on the range with us. The Brave Response Holster will imitate the feel of your OWB training holster and enable you to have a faster response to an imminent threat. The forward cant also facilitates a clean and smooth draw with no hang-ups or snags. Retention is removable at your discretion. The retention has been designed to instantly break away as you slide into shooters grip before the draw. The retention is hidden behind the gun in the perfect place for you to disengage it but will maximize your ability to retain the weapon on your hip.

I got my holster today and wore it while riding my motorcycle. I wore it up a little higher and it did not bind or dig into my side. I have owned many holsters in the past and this one is by far the best. I almost forget it is even there. Thank you very much! – James in Louisville KY

I ordered the brave response holster. Best everyday holster on the market. Works with any clothes. Love it.  – Stuart in Highland UT

I have recently received my new Brave Holster. I must say this holster is unique, I like how a person can carry extra magazines and different size caliber firearms without switching to a different holster. This Concealed Carry Holster is the perfect holster for someone like me who works in high crime areas or someone who likes to hunt. With this holster, I feel like I'm prepared to protect my family in any environment. I highly recommend Brave holsters to be your choice for concealed carry holsters. -Patrick in Chicago (Current law enforcement and Firearm Instructor)

I love the holster. Very lightweight, holds all three of my pistols of which are three different molds. I love that it doesn't pull on my paints or shorts even wearing basketball shorts. Best holster I have ever owned.  – Bryan in Leavenworth KS

I bought two of your holsters. I'm very satisfied. They are very comfortable and the fit is good. Your product is awesome and I hope to be doing business with you again in the future.  – Fred in Arlington Hts IL

Holster is great. Solves some issues for carrying during summer when waistband carry is not always practical. Lightweight, but sturdy and secure. Fits snugly and subtly against the body. Great holster.  – Shelli in Valley Center KS

As an NRA and Illinois Concealed Carry Instructor I have a lot of holsters to show the class. When I showed your holster the interest was overwhelming. They all wanted to look at it and touch and feel it. They liked the idea of it being independent of your pants or belt. You can adjust it for high or low carry. Deep or shallow. Plus the mag holders right by the firearm was a plus. You can also use it for a mini compact all the way up to the 1911. I personally have used it for the last 5 days and am also impressed with it. It stays where you put it, is very stable and can be adjusted very easily. All in all on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a strong 9. Thanks for making an innovative product for now and the future.  – Gerald in Litchfield IL (Firearm Instructor)

I purchased my new holster because I was looking for something more comfortable for concealed carry. It is VERY comfortable! Also, it works great for all of my handguns and pistols. I have 2 revolvers and 2 semi-autos.My Ruger KP95 is a large framed handgun and it carries comfortably. My .357 Magnus also carries quite comfortable with this holster. I basically replaced ALL my other holsters with this one. Thank you for a great design and the amazing comfort. I carry daily and was not always comfortable doing so until I got this holster.  – John in Tooele UT

I love my new holster. I hated to carry because it always drags my pants down. This solves that problem and provides space for spare clips. I highly recommend. – Glenn in Louisville KY

Like a lot of guys I've been in the hunt for the best conceal carry holster. The “best” is somewhat subjective, but let it suffice to say, if your holster isn't comfortable or doesn't conceal your weapon well, you're probably not going to be carrying your weapon. That means you're likely to be unprepared when the need arises. I've heard it said that your holster shouldn't be comfortable, it should be comforting. After wearing the new holster, I can say with conviction, “Nonsense”. My new holster allows me to carry my Glock 23 with three full magazines while wearing just about any type of clothing. It's so comfortable and concealable, I wear it everywhere I go. That's the ultimate fulfillment of the comfortable AND concealable criteria. Well done! – Ken in Tigard OR

This holster is the most comfortable I've ever worn. After 28 years of law enforcement, I can't believe I find this holster now. I will continue caring my weapon. -Gerald in Indian Land SC

Best off duty/on duty holster I have ever owned. Soft, adjustable, concealable. THANKS! – Jim in Louisville KY

Thanks for shipping the holster so quickly! I shortened it just a little and it fits just right. It rides on the hip and follows the body without anything showing. Thanks again for such a high quality item! – Wilbur in Perkinston MS

I have tried many concealed carry holsters over the years. The problems has been different holsters for different dress/seasons. The brave response holster is quite comfortable. I have worn it with shorts, jeans, slacks with and without a coat. It fits my main carry piece and the forward cant is great. This will be my main holster. – Jim in Florissant CO

Got my holster and have put all my other holsters in the bottom dresser drawer. Without a doubt the most comfortable concealed holster I have ever worn. Love the fact that you can carry two mags and a flashlight, although when carrying an extended mag it can poke you in the side a little; but still can't be beat. For those other big guys worried that it might not fit, it has ample room in the belt to fit us; I'm 6'3″ and 290lbs. You have a winner as far as I'm concerned!!!!!!!! – David in Orange VA

I just received my holster and am getting used to it.. so far it is FANTASTIC.. I prefer inside the waistband and i have to say it is SO comfortable!!! I've set it up with 1 magazine, 1 flashlight and 1 folding knife. its going to take some practice drawing since I'm not used to the snap but I am liking it!! Thank you. – Robert in Madison SD

Normally I don't write a review for a product I received online but I have to admit this is one of the best buys, functionally, monetarily and comfortably I have ever made. I had bought some of the traditional IWB holsters for the guns I owned but was limited by the pants I could wear because the gun belt was too large for several of my dress pants and slacks. With this holster its not even a secondary thought on what to wear or how to dress for the day. It had gotten to point ( I know how bad this sounds) that I would opt out of carrying my weapon because of the hassle of finding something to fit my holster rather than the holster fitting my needs. The design is well made and thought out to allow unrestricted carry and positioning of any gun I own. Well done and the one time cost to carry all of my guns is unbelievable. Highly recommended. – Lynn in Wichita KS

We tried them on and for the first time ever, I have a holster I can wear with my preferred clothing! We have purchased no less than 6 different styles if holsters trying to find one that works for me. I even have 2 very expensive leather purses specifically designed to carry and a lap bag also specifically designed for carry….none of which I have been able to feel secure using. I am a retired Marine and I am very happy with this purchase. I feel almost as safe as I did when in uniform. Oohrah! – Karen in Pensacola FL

I’ve had this holster for a little over a week now, and it has been comfortable to carry in the South Texas heat. I’ve carried everything from small pistols like the Sig P230, up to the FN FiveSeven without issue. The snap release tab could be a bit longer as I did have some difficulty reaching it with full sized guns. I admit, I was skeptical at first, I thought the holster would end the day sliding down inside my pants, or that the fabric would get hot, but neither happened! Having the mag holders on the other side would be a plus, maybe make the holster slide on the waistband and have modular mag pouches? Over all a good holster.

  2. Ricardo (verified owner)

I have been using my new Brave Response holster for about 10 days now. I am a retired Police officer and this is by far the most comfortable holster I have owned and it works well with all of my handguns .40,.45,
    9mm, and 357 magnum.

  3. Roy Wyatt (verified owner)

Love this holster very comfortable I switch out between my Taurus 9MM and the Bersa 380 both fit very nicely and snug and the holster feels good against my skin, very little printing if any, highly recommend this holster to all who want to carry with minimal print factor, get you one guys and gals you’ll be glad you did……

  4. Edgar (verified owner)

My holster came in the mail on Saturday. My wife & I ride bicycles most evenings, and I usually try to get a few miles in at lunch. I was looking for something to wear under a t-shirt and inside bike shorts. This is it! I’ve carried my SR9C and my wife’s LC9/Crimson Trace so far and they both fit well. The Brave Response holster hasn’t moved while riding and is quite comfortable. Scott’s suggestion for movable mag holders is worth considering. Either way, this holster is a winner.

  5. Harry (verified owner)

Just tried my new holster and am not happy. Tried my RIA 1911 commander size and my Colt 1911 full size and found I could not get the snaps to snap together as they are too short, whether weapon was cocked or not. Saw somebody else had an issue with the straps. Holster is not cheap, pricewise, and this problem should have been engineered out before production. Will be returning.

  6. Harry (verified owner)

I was going to return my holster because I thought the straps were too short to snap together on my 1911’s, but found that the one strap is held by Velcro and is adjustable for length. Assumed incorrectly that it was sewn in like the short strap. I will be keeping my holster now and apologize for not catching this before writing a prior review. Versatility seems to be the hallmark of this holster.

Received my holster two days ago. I did not have a chance to fit it to my weapon yesterday, but did today . It took all of 10 min. To fit my Walter PP in it. I wore it about eight hours so far it’s extremely comfortable with little or no printing. I wore while driving my truck ,and my wife’s car, We went shopping and then to a restaurant with friends . At this time I would happily recommend it to my friends. Going to try my para LDA 14 next.

  8. Georgette

I am a woman who has been searching for a comfortable concealed holster for sometime. All that I have tried have been too bulky and not very “concealing” with my Sig 9mm on my hip. This holster has fit that profile. It is so comfortable, there were times I forgot I had it on. As a woman, I don’t need anything more added to my hips! It is not “hot” to wear, nor does it feel sticky on the skin. Great product. I highly recommend this for the ladies.

  9. Mike (verified owner)

Got my holster and took off on a nine day trip wearing it for about 12 hours/day. This is easily the most comfortable IWB holster I’ve used. It is very secure on the body, conceals well with little printing and retains my weapon (Kimber stainless in .45) well. Excellent product.

  10. Harry Rivell (verified owner)

Have been using this holster since buying this October. Very, very comfortable and use it
exclusively except when temps are real warm, I go to a pocket holster setup due to garment restrictions, just don’t care for IWB wear. Printing is about non-existent with this setup. It will be a favorite holster for anyone wanting a comfortable, inconspicuous setup. Recommendations: (agree with Scott) the fixed snap tab could be at least 1/4″ longer and stiffened even more(above and below snap) as I occasionally have trouble finding the tab and my thumb slides right over the top of it, forcing me to dig my thumb into the gap to unsnap using my Kimber Pro-carry 1911 in condition one. Rapid deployment is definitely hindered due to this, in my opinion. I also found that if a spare mag is carried in the first(most forward) holder, when crouching, the mag is pushed up pretty far out of the holder by your leg, so I utilize the second holder and the one most rearward as I also noticed the possibility that carrying a mag in the holder right behind the gun, may inhibit clean acquisition of the gun grip when attempting to unholster. My perceptions, anyway. Still, in all, a great unit and highly recommend.

  11. Don Haynes

Received my holster today. It is exactly as advertised. Very light and comfortable. It does fit a variety of weapons. I will add to this review after I have used it for a month.

  12. Dustin (verified owner)

Holster is comfortable and works well with my xd40 but as far as carrying extra mags it don’t work. I have bent over while wearing it and had my spare mag fall out on the ground.

  13. Brennen Munro (verified owner)

I have been wearing my Brave-Response-Holster for a month now, and I want to say that for once this is a case of “truth in advertising”! The comfort level of the holster is the part that I am happiest with, the fact that it carries your pistol in a deep concealment position, just adds to the value of this purchase. I have carried a pistol for work most of my adult life, and carrying concealed with an uncomfortable holster was just part of the equation. Not to mention that you needed a different holster for each model of pistol that you found yourself being tasked with carrying. I am happy to say that I have been able to carry comfortably with several different models and barrel lengths. I am confident that I will be able to carry with comfort, any pistol in my CCW rotation. I never thought I would be able to say that…
Some reviewers have said that they could not draw their pistol with the speed that they wanted. This is “not” a speed draw holster, it is a “deep concealment” holster, and one that is also very comfortable. If it is speed that you are looking for, then you need an outside of your waistband holster to facilitate that. This holster is for those who want to be able to Concealed Carry with a comfortable rig, that allows you to carry spare mags or a flash light, or both even, and not have to worry about having your gun print, pull your pants down or have you constantly readjusting yourself trying to move your gun into less painful position. I know because I have lived with all of those difficulties myself.
I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to being able to carry in much more concealed comfort into the future. If you are on the fence about making this purchase, just do it, you will not be sorry. And your sore body will thank you also!

  14. John Spicuzza (verified owner)

Perfect holster for those of us that typically wear shorts and t-shirt most of the time. I south Florida I rarely wear a belt and pants. This holster is comfortable, efficient, and effective. Best holster on the market for most any handgun out there. At times I carry my full size Glock 19 and have no problems concealing. Great job.

  15. benny1012 (verified owner)

I have been using it for a couple of days so far and it is very comfortable. I like the fact that I can raise it when using restroom, so doesn’t fall on the ground in plain sight of others or have to take off and place somewhere in the stall. I have tried it with several of my guns and it works, really wish it would work for my 3″barreled Ruger GP100 but alas it doesn’t. However, I want to let you know that it does work with my Bersa 380 Firestorm even with it’s LaserLyte in front of the trigger guard mounted laser. I recommend this to others to try.

  17. Curtis Clements (verified owner)

Received the holster very quick and tried it immediately, I believe this is the best and most comfortable holster I have owned
and I have many others. I would recommend this holster for someone who truly wants to conceal carry. I carry my Sig P238 and my
    Glock 45cal.

  18. JH Collins (verified owner)

Between the Military and my years in Law Enforcement I have carried a concealed firearm most of my life and have tried just about any/all holsters that have ever been made for that proposes. I am an OWB paddle holster diehard fan and have always had the same old problems when wearing shorts or just a T-shirt, untill now. First of all my Brave Response Holster arrived fast and I could tell right off that it is a quality item. I have used it with shorts, jogging paints, a dress suit, and under a T-shirt. It is comfortable, easy to put on, holds any of my handguns securely, and makes it easy to draw as well. I dont know how I ever got along with out it. Every One with a CCW needs one of these holsters no matter what your favorite way is to carry your gun. From my 3″ 1911 to my FNX Tactical, the Brave Response Holster insurers that i am never with protection, no matter what I am wearing……A MUST HAVE…..

  19. Marion E. Evans (verified owner)

If I’d tried it before buying, I probably would have passed it up. It prints about 70% of the time with floppy shirts w/a glock 27 and 2 mags. Front 2 mag holders let mags rise up and have to be pushed back down. Rear holder does better. I usually try to avoid thumb-break straps, tho this one works OK so far. Putting it on works best with the ladies easy-on bra method—do the wraparound in front then rotate the business part around to the desired position. Re-holstering almost requires taking it off to snap the thumb-break over the gun. I will use it with my bib overalls and an over-shirt and go with my Uncle Mikes on a belt for OWB carry.

  20. james

i switched to IWB carry early last year, trying different holsters including the new 3.0 holster from a certain popular company, which as a kydex holster it works well with my jeans, but for christmas i receved the Brave Response Holster, and immediately tried it on with my every day carry sidearm, its amazing, i love how my sidearm fits, how comfortable it is, i havent yet tried carrying extra mags or anything in the 3 pouches yet but i plan too. I fight train at home everyday and the Brave Response works great under gym clothes, elastic waist bands, sweatpants etc..all work great with this holster. I have defiantly recommended it to many of my CCL friends and even friends in local law enforcement.this is a simple idea but so versatile its unreal.I would recommend this to anyone thinking about buying a great quality concealed holster.and so far the weight of different calibers and sizes hasnt seemed to be any issue with comfort!!!! i carry on my riding mower and yard work and NEVER any secure advise ..I great Investment!!!

  21. Robert (verified owner)

I received the holster and immediately put it to work. Tractor work. On and off the tractor for several hours. Hand digging, front end loading and backhoe work. You don’t realize how much you contort as you spin around the seat and maneuver past the hydraulic controls getting on and off the tractor. In all that time I never felt the holster move… in fact I almost forgot I had it on.

The next day was regular office work during the day. Again, no slipping or discomfort. Up and down to the printer and talking to customers, in and out of the car and then recording a band after hours. That means a lot of moving microphones… especially around the drum set. I even had to crawl around under a piano. I’ll definitely get a spare holster. I wouldn’t want to be without it.

  22. Mark wenzel (verified owner)

Just got the holster.slipped my fully loaded m&p 40 into it.put it on and was amazed. Comfortable and held it flopping around.great holster impressed i am.

  23. Jack Smith

The most comfortable holster I own. I got it and tried it with my Glock 21, the biggest pistol I own, and it was able to put it where it didn’t poke me when I sat or drove, yet was also where I wanted it to be in case I needed to use it. I have also used it with my FNX45, like in your photos, with the extra mags and it was fine. Reholstering is not an issue if you’re talking about needing to use a firearm. Yes, it’s a bit of a pain when practicing the draw at the range, reholstering, that is. And yes it takes additional time to reach across one’s body to get a spare mag. Doesn’t bother me and if it does I will simply wear the mags the way I always wore them prior, on my belt weak side. My point is that this holster, like a compression shirt, makes you and your weapon into a tight unit and the difference in not having that weight on one’s belt is a big difference and I like it. Worth the money. I might by another one to keep just in case.

  24. Phil Goldman

Just got my holster today.Put on my shorts with the holster and it is Great!!!!!! best thing i have bought that is so comfortable.GREAT job!
I put my 9mm and tried my SW 38 Revolver and it fits pretty good. Thanks again for making a Great product.

Received Holster today and haven’t taken it off since it came. Very comfortable, very little printing and have already been to town with scrub pants on and went back out w/ shorts. No one ever noticed a thing. Glock 23 and extra mag almost forgot I was wearing. Love it so far. Will update as time goes by. By the way, I am 6’1″ and about 265 lbs. never been this confident carrying concealed.

  26. Bruce (verified owner)

Most comfortable holster I’ve owned. The thing I like the most about it is it’s independent from your pants or shorts. I’ve owned dozens of other IWB and OWB holsters that attach to your pants or belt and they were constantly sagging my pants down unless I tightened my belt to the point of cutting my circulation off. The material is very comfortable against bare skin and holds my pistol very close to my body to eliminate printing. It’s also very well made with good materials.

  27. Wilson (verified owner)

Fantastic holster. I have been through hundreds of dollars worth of holsters and have resulted to carrying owb because no iwb holster was comfortable to me. Enter the Brave Response Holster. I now carry everyday iwb. I wear shorts to work with no belt and can carry. Jeans, slacks, tucked in shirt, untucked shirt. Doesn’t matter. Not only is it the most comfortable holster I’ve worn but it is very cool in the summer. I’m from Mississippi so hundred degree days with this against my body have not deterred me from carrying. Not to mention it allows you to carry any handgun you want! Five stars!

  28. John (verified owner)

I tried this holster for a while as it came but found that since the Velcor was just as wide as the belt that the corners dug in and pinched. Yep I am a fat boy. Also since the belt is soft it tended to fold over at my gut and the firearm was wobbly on the belt. And seriously I don’t know anyone that carries magazines on the same side as the firearm

I have since modified the holster by removing the belt strap completely and adding 3 belt loops to the outside of the holster (belt loops are from old jeans). I wear a gun belt through these three loops with the buckle around the back left of my waist. Yes the belt goes on the outside of the holster and does a remarkable job of stabilizing the fire arm – no holder strap needed. The firearm sits very tight to my body and does not print at all, ever. It still draws nice and smooth and re-holstering is no more difficult than with the stock holster.

The next thing I did was to install a sweat shield above the holster on the back to prevent sweat from getting on the firearm grip and to prevent the grip from digging into my side when I am not wearing a T-shirt.

I wish I could include a picture as these mods, for me take this holster from Average to Perfect. (Manufacturer – There is a tip here)

SO I thought it was all hype and that it couldn’t possible be as good as all the reviews. I was 100% wrong. This is the most comfortable holster for all day deep concealment I’ve ever worn. Absolutely works with shorts, pants, dress pants, T-Shirts, sweats, gym shorts, you name it. I’ll not be without mine ever again. Thank you for such an excellent design Brave Response! (NEXT, detachable mag holders to velcro in place on the other side of the strap like the retainer snap on the holster itself 😉

I was expecting a delay in delivery after ordering the holster but it came quicker than anticipated; thank you being so prompt. I am a fairly large man, 5′ 10″, 270 lbs and rarely wear belted pants, preferring suspenders, and this is perfect for me. It absolutely does not imprint with anything I wear. My wife is good at picking out imprinted guns on people and I wore it all day without telling her I had it on and she didn’t notice it, even after I showed her the gun, a full size S&W 9mm. I also wanted to carry an example of my engraving work to show folks but decided to keep this one hidden and carry a smaller one for show-and-tell. The holster is so comfortable that I actually forgot I had it on and am considering purchasing one for my police officer son.

I’ve had this holster for a couple of months now and it works OK, but I have some issues with it. I’m a heavy guy, 5’8, 245, and I wear my pants belted tight. I’ve tried several different weapons in it: Kahr .45, S&W model 59, Walther PPQ. The problems I have encountered are, 1) the weapon pushes into my side so far that it is difficult to get a solid grip on it for a good draw and I tend to pinch my side against the weapon when drawing. 2) the Kahr, although small, has sharp edges on the grip and rear sights that quickly become uncomfortable against my skin, the Model 59 is even worse. The PPQ is more rounded and allows for a great deal more comfort. 3) It has been a challenge to find a position where the weapon is easy to get to but doesn’t ride directly on my hip bone, which also becomes uncomfortable quickly. 4) when I get it in a position where the weapon is high enough to grip, the velcro belt tends to ride up above the top of my pants in the front making it visible. I have tried wearing a T-shirt under it and that helps some. On the positive side, none of the weapons imprinted, it makes restroom breaks in public restrooms much more secure than a holster attached to pants or belt and it holds the weapon securely even without the retaining strap. For someone of my build, a panel that extended up behind the weapon, between it and and my body, would make the rig much easier to draw from and keep the edges of the grip and slide from digging into my flesh. I have had some progress in finding positioning that will keep it from grinding on my hip bone and I think this problem can be overcome. Overall, not a holster that I hate, but not what I was hoping for,

I am an unshapely person with virtually no waist.

This holster FITS me and my firearm!

Having its own integrated belt design, and NOT being attached to my pants belt, is a mind soothing comfort as I have a concern about my pants falling off! It works for me work nicely just as a strap on, non-concealed holster. A very nice two-for!

The ordering process was outstanding and USA Firearms kept me updated through the process very nicely all the way to delivery. I value good customer contact (that you don’t have to initiate!)

This holster is the one I have been searching for, for quite some time. I am a very new owner of the holster and have not had much experience with it for a long term comfort and use perspective, but, it snugly and securely fit my firearm (which has not been the case over and over) and should fit most any other too! I am so impressed and pleased with the results so far, I had to put in an early, “THANKS”.

The holster is great for wearing gym clothes
But when you work at a place that don’t allow weapons inside. Taking it out and putting it back in holster can be tricking

That’s why I wear alien holster for work clothes and this for gym or leisure clothes wear I don’t have to re-holster

If they can figure out a way to re-holster without having to undue your pants then I would wear it all the time
Then it would get a 5

Wearing SCRUBS and wearing a sidearm has always been problem…carrying a .380 at work, and a glock on weekends meant several holsters..then enter BRAVE RESPONSE…too cool…..way to go !!11 I love it !

So far I’m pleased with this holster.

One test I performed I strapped on holstered with my Glock 36 outside my running shorts to see how secure and comfortable the holster would be relying on the support of the rig only while performing my high metabolic finisher workout.

Impressive!! The holster did “jiggle” a little bit. However considering it’s on an elastic band and I was going all out this is truly impressive. Plus it was absolutely comfortable. Once movement ceased I couldn’t even tell I had it on.

Tested it behind the waistband at 2 and 4 o’clock positions. Totally comfortable and secure.

Tested it higher up around the torso. I feel that wearing a t-shirt is imperative to avoid band slipping lower and avoid “rub rash” with movement. Agian very comfortable and secure.

My wife wore hers to work holstered with her S&W J Frame. She remarked that it was totally comfortable even in a sitting position.

I have noticed at least one review criticizing mag pouches on strong side. Even in the 4 o’clock position “for me” this posed no problem whatsoever.

Very pleased, I highly recommend adding this holster to your personal protection gear.

I’ve been wearing this holster now for over two months 12+ hours a day. Temps from 90 to 30 degrees. Dress work cloths or just jeans to elastic top shorts. This holster works very well and is super comfortable. I actually forget its there!!! Good job with design and construction. I will be continuing to ware every day and will post at 6 months and a year..

    Thank you

The most comfortable conceal holster I have used. I have worn it with shorts, pants, jeans, & sweat pants and it works as advertised.

I’ve only worn this holster for one day, so if things change, I’ll come back to update. Just like any new holster it will take some practice to improve draw speed. So far, this is the best carry option I’ve tried. I can comfortably carry my Sig Sauer SP2022 and extra magazine without printing or comfort issues. Comfort and convenience means it’s more likely to carry. Even if my draw is slower, it’s still with me which is better than making excuses to not carry because it drags my pants or digs into my side like you might find in other options. I have had problems with other holster options such as inside waistline holster digging into my side or pocket holster which collects lint and debris and dries out the barrel. On top of that, any holster that relies on being held in or on the pants has the distinct feature of dragging the pants down and clunking when in a public restroom. Not to mention the digging in your side if you aren’t in perfect shape.

I’ve tried it for several days carrying 3 different size firearms.. The way I see it, for this holster to be comfortable on me I would have to purchase ALL new pant. Which, to me seems very impractical plus very COSTLY.. NOT a fan… it is extremely tight across my waist. I’ve worn it as a side holster, at the appendix position and in my lower back…SORRY a NO go for me..

I bought this for my husband’s birthday. He went to change clothes before we went to eat. I was a little disappointed that he didn’t wear it to dinner. To my surprise, HE DID! Couldn’t tell. No imprint. He LOVES it! The only thing he said was that he has to wear a T-shirt under it for more comfort. This is the ONLY holster he enjoys wearing on an everyday basis.

HOLY COW this holster is comfy, I just received my holster and have had it on literaly 1 hour, I’m a little on the” more than average size” 5’9 230 ( gut) and this thing is incredible, compared to some other holsters I have for certain gun’s this holster blows them out of the water, this is definitely a keeper
I, like others, may be skeptical, especialy with price, but let me tell you it’s well worth the $

I received my Brave Response Holster and was very impressed with it! It fits well and is very easy to adjust as needed. I like the fact that it’s light weight and accommodates my needs for concealed carry. I would highly recommend this to all my fellow gun owners who are looking for a new holster. My first time wearing it was for 6 hours while wearing a suite and I didn’t have any problems with it at all with perspiration and it was comfortable.

  49. Timothy Ledford

I’d prefer it worn above the belt line but this makes drawing with one hand a near impossibility with no support strap below. I was supper excited to get mine in the mail thinking all my holster problems are solved just to find that they weren’t.
It’s plenty comfortable but prints nearly as bad as my current holster and my gun snags making it much harder to draw out of this one. I like that you can carry extra mags.
    Just a little disappointed.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

Timothy, thanks for letting us know! I’m not sure I follow your comment about the belt line and drawing with one hand. I draw with one hand in every draw stroke without any issue. We would also love to know more about what gun and sights you use that you have issue with snags.

I purchased my Brave Response Holster online and was impressed with how quickly I received the product. I am a big fan of bib overalls for casual wear. The Brave Response Holster allows me to wear my Springfield XDs 45 inside my bibs in a very comfortable position all day without discomfort. It remains totally concealed at all times and lets me have two seven round extended mags, a handcuff key and a small tactical flashlight ! You can’t beat that with a stick! I also wear the Brave Response Holster while wearing jeans and T-Shirt with complete confidence that my weapon will be right where I want it. All in all I am Very Happy with theBrave Response Holster and have been talking it up to all my buddies. I’m sure that my friends will be placing orders for their own Brave Response Holster.

  52. Ken (verified owner)

I’m fairly new to concealed carry but have already tried 3 different IWB holsters. So far this is the most comfortable holster I have and is now my go-to option. I have been trying different positions to see what works best for me and wanted to share my experiences to get some feedback.

    1) I’ve carried appendix at about the 1:00 position since this seemed to provide me with the least amount of print (virtually none which was great!) and allowed for a quick draw. The main problem here is that I found the extra mags got pushed up just from normal activity like sitting and standing. I’ve even had them fall out a couple of times, once at a Home Depot when I needed to check out something on a low shelf. Since I did experience this I’ve been very aware when I continued to carry it this position with the same outcome, and it didn’t matter which pouch I had the mag in, all 3 moved up. Because of this I felt I needed to check them often to push them back down which could indicate that I am carrying. I’ve shifted back to about the 3:00 position which seems to help and may move it back a bit further as I continue to experiment but my concern here is the mags may be less accessible, especially the one toward the back Being an avid listener to the podcast I agree with their thoughts about carrying as much ammo as possible so I may be limited but I’m still able to carry many more rounds than I could have unless I have a separate mag holder like I would with any other holster.

    2) I like to keep the band under the waistline of my pants and find that over time it slides up but, again, this has been at the 1:00 or 2:00 position. I’m hoping this won’t happen as I move it to the 3:00-5:00 positions as I fine-tune my carry because when this happens I find the I start to print. This isn’t much of an issue now that it’s cooler and I’m wearing long-sleeve shirts but I’m waiting to see what happens when it’s warmer and I start to wear polos and t-shirts.

As I stated before, this is my go-to option and I believe with a little more experimentation I’ll get it fine-tuned just nicely! Great job guys and any input you can provide concerning the mags sliding up is greatly appreciated!

I received the Brave Response Holster a little over two weeks ago. I was impressed in how quickly it arrived. So far the fit is great and it goes on very easy. I have worn it every day. Hopefully, although I wear it every day I hope I never have to have a reason to need it.

  54. Frank Pichler

I’ve had the holster for two weeks. I like the concept and basic design, but the holster still seems like a prototype. It doesn’t fit all of my guns well. The smaller ones yes, but the full-sized pistols (XDM, 1911,etc.) not so much. A few things I don’t like: the elastic band is too narrow and the velcro should be a continuous strip. It just doesn’t feel very secure with a heavy gun. One thing I hate is the snap. It’s location is awkward and the exposed metal of the snap sits directly on the firearm. I already see developing wear marks. However, I’m probably going to keep the holster and will tweak it a bit myself.

  55. Billy Hornsby (verified owner)

Don’t like the mags being on the same side as the firearm and it pinches. Yes, I’m a fat man.

I received my holster a couple days ago. I am a small framed women, 5′ 2″ & about 110 lbs. I do have my ccw. I’m from Wisconsin. We own a sports shop, and both my husband & I have an FFL. Now I’ve been able to buy many different holsters. Right now I carry a Beretta 32 Tomcat semiautomatic. I can no longer rack a hand gun. I am 66. This holster is the BEST I have ever had. After wearing it, while doing laundry (just to get used of the feel), by the time I finished the first load….I forgot I had it on. The comfort is Amazing!! Just some background. My husband was 22+ years military (pilot). After retirement I thought he’d get a laid-back job & we would live happily ever after…he then decides to go into Law Enforcement. So that was about 18 years of shear terror for awhile. In the meantime he wanted me to be self protected. So as he sat in the back of the class (he’s now Chief of Police) as I went through my classroom instruction…it was now onto the firing range (which is not required for Wisconsin) with the instructor, this guy (the instructor) put us all through some rigorous situation. I am right haned..he was having us shoot left handed, I won’t go into all the training but it was well worth it.
Now the holster I can say without any doubt this money was well spent. I would buy it again if I had to. It’s to bad we don’t have it to sell in our Shop!! But I am sure going to pass along & highly recommend this holster. And I don’t feelike like my gun & other holster is particularly pull my pants off!!
Any of you smaller women will LOVE this holster. Guys…keep your gals safe & ready for any situation.
Hope you keep this holster available. I will be calling you about one question. It has to do with the gun , not the holster!! Love…Love…Love it!!!
    Sincerely Marcia

Quite frankly, the most comfortable and practical holster I have ever owned!

Carry a Springfield Armory XDS 3.3 more often than other .45’s and it is perfect! The holster also fits and handles the Kimber compact .45’s quite well also. I sometimes use a Kimber Micro 9 or a DB 9 and they seem just a bit too small for easy draw from this holster. Hoping a little change will be made and perhaps another model for carrying these little guys. The biggest surprise is the Kel-Tek PMR 30 fits beautifully and I can manage (although quite tight) to carry 2 spare magazines, even though the pouches are a very tight fit for the longer cartridge length. That gives me the capacity to have 75 rounds on hand when I am out and about on the farm (I do not load the magazines to the 30-round capacity). With this particular handgun, the total weight including holster is only about 30 ounces………and it still stays put on my beer belly! I would like to see wider magazine pouches to better accommodate the magazines. Why carry 75 rounds??? (1) because I can (2) on a farm one never knows how many objects one can find that might deserve a good plinking!
Hopefully the manufacturer will come up with a design to accommodate the little J-Frame revolvers at some point.

Got it in a timely fashion. Actually ordered 2 for the $10 discount on the second. I’ve been carrying a Springfield XD Compact and two 13 round spare mags everyday since they arrived. Even carried 24hrs straight one day. Usually 12-14 hrs is the norm. I have been very happy with the comfort and conceal ability. I’m wearing it as I write this, sitting on a couch and honestly cant feel my XD, mags, or holster at all. I could never wear any of my other IWB holsters without them pulling my trousers down or the gun falling out onto the ground while bending over or getting out of the car. The retention strap is well designed and there is no way that my firearm could fall out or be grabbed. The strap disengages naturally with the wearer’s own draw but is not easily disengaged by anyone else.

Even in the deep concealed mode below my belt, it performs perfectly. I wear an under shirt beneath it because the velcro can irritate over time when directly against the skin. I wear 2 sizes larger waist trousers to allow for the extra bulk of the 2 spare mags. I also wear an elastic belt when using deep concealment to allow quick access.
When wearing in the conventional method with top of the pistol and mags above the belt, I can draw very fast.

Without the spare mags it would not print under normal situations. Of course, printing with a concealed carry is always something that a responsible person should be aware of but this holster prints less than any of my others.

If it holds up ro daily use, I would have no qualms recommending this holster.

But when I am just being me I am on my own, yet still looking like the beloved Colonel from the commonwealth of Kentucky. I have had this for a few months now. It works. I am not finding it comfortable. I keep getting jabbed in the side by the safety on my 709 slim, also the velcro pinches me and as I recall this should not be a problem with this holster. Maybe it is cause I’m a small guy with a bit of a belly. I could not make it any smaller and work. I had to cut it really small to fit me and hold retention. I’m considering modifying it with a piece of Kydex so I can stick it in with a piece of velcro epoxyed to it so it holds and possibly a stitch on the top front. I need something to keep that safety from jabbing me or even the corner of the slide bugs me after a while. If this does not work it will be a waste of money. I do realize that this defeats the purpose of what it is designed for however, I just want it to hold my 709 comfortably.

I have worn my holster for 2 full days. As i am a female and a bit round in the middle the corners on the straps can poke and pinch when sitting (rounding those edges may fix that for future models). I also tend to wear tightish clothing and have not yet found a regular outfit that it doesn’t print or catch the fabric. If i carry at 2 o’clock then i can’t sit so i carry at 4 o’clock. This means when i move around my top gets caught between the grip and my love handle. My plan is to wear this at work where the uniform is baggy and bland.

Overall it is quite comfortable, when not getting poked by corners i forgot it was there.

As a side note my gun snags a bit when drawn, this is due to the slide lock which is basically a hook with just enough space to catch the seam, adjusted for by pulling away from myself when removing from the holster.

All of the statements in the commercial for this holster are absolutely accurate. I am in using concealed carry holsters for over 10 years and this is the best one I ever owned. One of the things that makes it truly outstanding is the cant to sleeve for the weapon it moves it away from the leg and points the barrel to the rear you do not have to worry about getting your leg all tied up with the barrel of your weapon.

The only thing that I would recommend is having a version of the holster both left and right hand that will accommodate a weapon with an under the barrel laser like a Veridian Laser. Other than that it is the best holster for concealed carry that I’ve ever owned.

I have been using my Brave Response Holster for about a week. I love the way it feels and like many of the other reviews, I hardly notice it when I’m wearing it and so far no one else has ‘noticed’ that I’m carrying my pistol. I have a Glock 42 with a green Crimson Trace laser that fits fine in the holster. But, as Ken (Feb 4, 2017) and others have mentioned, when I sit down in meetings, bend over at the store (beer belly) the magazines force themselves up out of the holders…only the first two slots. I have the Glock 42 Extended mags. No matter where I’ve worn the holster on my body, this happens. I did a presentation to a group, standing in a meeting after sitting for a period of time, and when walking back to my chair a mag fell on the floor. Then, the next day I went to someone’s office and when I got home, one of the fully loaded mags was missing. It could have fallen out anywhere before I got into my vehicle. First, I decided to not carry anything in the two front pouches, just carry one mag in the other pouch, but I want to use all three. So, I just finished putting 3/4″ velcro straps over the mags in the two pouches…I’ll see how that works. Maybe for future designs you could put velcro ‘flaps’ over the mag holder pouches.

I just received my holster a week ago and I have tried it out at home for 3 days, then I started using it to get out and about. Well I may not be an expert, but I own 7 different holsters for my carry pistols and I can say that your holster is well worth the money and it meets all you clams and more.
I love the fact that it is comfortable with all kind of clothing and I am a big guy (53 inch waist). You can’t say that about all the holsters I have and no one even suspects…. I wore your holster to my gun club meeting (3 hours long) and my friends thought I left my pistol home.
I am telling all my buds about this holster of yours I am sure they will be interested.

I have had my holster for about two weeks and have worn it from the first day I received it. had to find the most comfortable position for me to wear it as I also have two extra clips and a flashlight that I am carrying. I’ve found that the best method for me is to wear it ‘outside’ my pants and above the waistline about an inch or two at about the 2 o-clock position…I can drive, sit while i’m eating and move freely without even noticing that i’m wearing it. Very comfortable. with all the ‘extra’ gear that it can hold, it does get a little ‘heavy’ after a few hours but not so much that it is bothersome and if I needed to, I could remove a couple of the items and continue on wearing it with no discomfort. Overall, a recommendable product for sure.

I carry a Glock 22 in a 40 SW caliber which is not a small gun and rather difficult to conceal because of the size. I have tried 3 other holsters before and I always felt disappointed for one reason of another, which made me carry my gun only off and on, and not all the time. After I got my first Brave Response Holster, now I have 3 of the same which I keep just for convenience at 3 different locations, I have been wearing my gun every single day. It is so comfortable that I even forget at times that I have a gun on me. This holster is awesome and I never thought that there could be a holster in the market so comfortable and easy to wear. I have worn this holster almost daily for the past 3 months. I have worn it with jeans, suit pants, shorts, and even basketball shorts. I have even worn it with a shirt tucked in over it. It is without a doubt the most comfortable, best concealing holster I have ever worn. I am a skinny guy, 5’9″ and 150 lbs. Concealing a firearm on my smaller frame is not easy, but this holster does the trick. It lives up to every claim it makes.

I was using a belt and holster, not connected, bulky, uncomfortable, rigid. When this arrived, I dropped my firearm into the pouch (no extra ammo yet), sized it, strapped it on and I wear it every day now! AMAZING fit, comfort and easy firearm accessibility! GREAT job!

This is a very good holster it would be a great holster if the Velcro went all the way around instead of being patched in a couple of different spots. It never ends up fastening good because the Velcro is just short or to far away to make a nice tight fit. I’ll have to have mine modified to get it to fit right. I’ll have some more Velcro sewn on it. Other than that this holster is a home run especially being able to carry a couple of mags without effort of concealment. Buy this holster, more than likely the problem I’m having won’t affect you the way is does me.

Thru my lifetime(70) years I have owned many different brands of holsters. Some worth keeping and some pure junk. Read the ad on this holster and thought what the hay lets try it. One of the more intelligent things I’ve done. Opened the package ,fitted it to my kal-tec .22 mag and wow this holster truly fit the bill. Sized it to several of my weapons and no matter what it fit perfect. Wish I had this holster while in law enforcement. Buy one you won’t be disappointed.

I was a bit skeptical with this one when trying to find a decent holster. I had been having issues finding a holster that I liked and that worked well. Turns out this may be the holster that works. For one, it’s the most comfortable one I have used, just have to make sure the strap is lined up all the way around. It’s also held in place surprisingly well, doesn’t slide down, even while I was out for a run it didn’t move. The odd thing to me is, I have a full size gun and an extra magazine and I can’t even tell I’m wearing it most of the time. The only thing, and it’s not a huge thing, that I can think of that is great is the protection of the trigger, it’s not bad, but not great, just ok. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has been looking for a comfortable holster that works.

I love this holster. It has very little print as advertised. It is very comfortable and seems not to cause an overheating condition when wearing. It comes off dry. Now, just to be saying it truthful, it has been under 70 hear in Ohio since I received it. I haven’t worn any of my many holsters since I received it after 2 weeks. It can also be worn with any type of shorts or any other garments as advertised. I really do think it could be worn while running a marathon in gym shorts. At my age with athletic worn knees I just don’t run any more. I have worn it wearing gym shorts on bikes rides and still very concealable. I do have to work on getting used to drawing it with my shirts tucked as I like to do, so I’ll work at that. Great holster and I just can’t say enough great things about it. A little pricey, but if I would have found it earlier, I wouldn’t have spent so much on so many other holsters. That would have made this a cheap purchase. This holster is a home run.

I bought this holster a few weeks ago and I have to say it’s the best one I’ve purchased! I have 2 other belly bands and. IWB holster and I’ll take the concealed carry over any of them. I’m a big guy and finding a concealed carry holster is a chore but compared to the other belly bands I gave this is the most comfortable I don’t even know I have it on. My advice bite bullet and get you won’t be sorry.

I’ve had my holster for approx. two weeks, well pleased with the comfort. I wear it above my waist line, with little to no print. The backing on the holster is very comfortable, little discomfort on the strap. Much better than In-Waist-Ban holster. Have carried S&W 45 and S&W 380, both carried well.

  87. Tom Fiore (verified owner)

I have had my holster for about a week now and wear it almost every day all day long, fit’s great and very comfortable. I really like the way I can adjust it for depending on how I am dressed. Also like the way I can use it for different guns.

Started wearing with one mag with my M&P 40. Put on my right side then in the middle of my belly, then high, then inside my pants. A hundred different ways to wear. Now I am trying with two mags. Kinda feels like a back brace. Since I lost weight, I find that it works best for me right in the front behind my belt buckle area. Got to play around with the pants movement because the mags want to work their way out. Not a big deal, just find the sweet spot. This bad boy is total conceal carry!! Glad I got two.

  89. Mike

I have been able to carry my Ruger P89 in total comfort and concealments, I find the holster to be everything it was advertised to be.

  90. Thomas (verified owner)

This is by far the best concealed carry holster that I have ever owned. Very comfortable. I like that I can also carry extra mags with it. No other holster that I own has that ability. It keeps the gun dry if you are sweating. The adjustable retention strap gives you piece of mind. My wife loves hers too! It hides our Glock 43’s very nicely with no printing. Do yourself a favor and get this holster. It will not disappoint.

  92. Freddy Mack (verified owner)

The unit is very comfortable to wear. Holds all my Firearms great. I can wear with Belted pants or just plain gym shorts. The only complaint I have are the locations of the extra Magazine Holders. Why would anyone put the Magazines on the same side as the fire arm. This causes you to Have Too change hands to drop and put a new loaded magazine back into the Firearm. I don’t know if the designer has ever been in a fire fight but seconds are very important if you want to Win! Just Saying

  93. David Mihelich (verified owner)

The holster is the best one I have tried. I am not a gun expert but have had a concealed carry permit for 8yrs. It will take a while to get used to drawing the gun and then getting it back into the holster but it is the most comfortable that I have used plus I am carrying a lot more because of it.

  94. Michael Nerat (verified owner)

Your holster is very comfortable for a big man with no butt it stays up on my waist where it should be, first holster that ever did that without my pants falling down!

  95. Eric (verified owner)

I’ve had this holster a little over a week and have carried my heaviest piece a Ruger SR1911 Stainless Steel combat commander with gym shorts and pants without issues. Now going to carry my 45 crimson carry witch is about 10 ounces lighter should be alot better with the lighter weapon but overall very pleased with my purchase definitely would recommend for those who choose to carry a full size gun.

No shit, there I was. I received my Brave Response holster in the mail on time and as advertised. It easily fit my large frame Glock, and I strapped it on and was struck by the comfort and secureness of fit in my small of back configuration. Exiting the house I was immediately accosted by a ne’er do well intent on robbery. I dropped to a knee and effortlessly released the patented safety latch and drew down on my attacker. Ignoring my commands to halt, he continued closing and I squeezed off 15 rapid rounds to no effect. I had missed my mark with every shot. Smoothly retrieving a second mag from my Brave Response holster, I emptied another mag with identical results. Secretly thanking the entrepreneurs at for the additional mag capacity of their Brave Response holster, I retrieved my third magazine and emptied it. My assailent continued his attack as I had again missed my mark. With 45 rounds of spent .45 casings around me, I reholstered my weapon, secured the patented safety strap, and unsecured the sturdy, high-quality velcro. Swinging the holstered gun over my head, I intended to bludgeon the reprobate with 2lbs of gun steel and sturdy dernier stitched nylon, when to my surprise he went down hard, knocking himself unconscious on the pavement. He had slipped on the spent casings and remained unconscious as I strapped my comfortable and secure Brave Response holster to my waist and left him bleeding in the gutter. Even if you can’t hit the broad side of a barn with your weapon, the extra mag capacity of the Brave Response holster will enable you to build a protective shield of casings around you. Well done

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

Norman, thanks for your product review. First off… if you had been using all three spare magazine pouches you should have had 60 rounds… and thus 60 shells which is always better than 45 🙂 Also, we have an instructor that teaches classes not to far from you… contact us to get a free marksmanship class! Enjoy! While your “experience” may seem far-fetched, we have seen many instances where carrying extra magazines has been crucial, including active shooter situations and assailants on drugs. The article “How Many Rounds Should You Carry Concealed Everyday” discusses this topic, showing how serious real situations may become

  97. Russ (verified owner)

I just received my holster today. So far do good. Only two issues, one of which has been discussed many times, i.e. magazine pockets location. The other is the velcro belt. I would like to have the velcro hook material go the entire length of the belt. Where I will wear it, the last of the loop patches do not line up with the hook patches. If the hook material was full length, the belt would be “fully” adjustable. I don’t want to trim the belt.

  98. William (verified owner)

Received this holster and tried to use it. It is nothing more than a cheap attempt to copy the Smart Carry holster which costs less and is very comfortable to wear.
It should not cost more than $20. I was never so upset when I saw how cheaply made it was.
The only use I can find is in the home. Just strap it on your hip over whatever you are wearing.
    Waist of money!

Fantastic job. I’ve been searching for a conceal carry holster like this for years. It wears well and is light yet durable . Great to be able to carry my weapons again in a secure and comfortable manner. This holster is definitely worth the investment. Thanks!

  100. James Hooke (verified owner)

Received my much-anticipated holster about 10 days ago. I am somewhat disappointed. I find it quite uncomfortable, regardless of the weapon (Sig 239, 939, Ruger SP101, Smith featherweight, Ruger LCP, Beretta 92M, Colt 45, Browning HP….etc, etc). I find I am much better served with my belly holster, pocket holster, and on-occasion, high-ankle holster. A+ on your marketing. C on the product actually delivering to the Marketing. I had such high hopes in your direct, confident, no-non-sense approach. I am keeping it…..may use it from time to time and when my belly holster needs cleaning.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

James sorry to hear you are disappointed. We would of course take it back and give you a refund if you decide to go that route!

  101. Norman Larkee (verified owner)

Very nice holster. I have put it through the ringer, wearing it constantly through yard work, on the ground under a mower, etc. Things that bothered: the flap where the front two mags go is worthless to me. It comes up as I bend and the mags (or knife) pushes up very uncomfortably into my gut. Was able to carry a Zippo lighter comfortably, but that’s it. Still looking for the extra mag that was pushed out sometime during the day…the reaction side of the belt tended to fold and pinch the skin when sweaty. Other than these cosmetic issues, best concealment holster I have ever owned! Comfortable, doesn’t print at all. 5’9″, 165 lbs, outside the waistband carrier.

  102. William Kennison (verified owner)

First things first, before you open your holster watch the tutorial video. Yes, I was almost “that guy” it looks like the wrong side! It isn’t. After that I set my holster up for my extremely accurate and supremely scarce Star Firestarter plus which hasn’t been in production for a few decades. It fits like it was made for it.
Well, the wife says “you spent $75 for it let’s see how it works and looks. So I ended up giving her a fashion show in my sweat shirts. Talk about comfortable, this actually breathes and I’m not a small guy but I had to cut about 6” off the belt to beaten up the excess which is new to me.
For those that have ever had to face what to do when nature calls and your weapon is attached to your belt, well here’s the answer to that sticky problem because you drop trou and go with no worries.
As for comfort? Well this is the first time I haven’t had a hard piece of metal or plastic sticking in my bottom rib when I’m driving and am sure that if I have to draw while sitting it won’t be a problem.

  103. aaron throckmorton (verified owner)

This holster is really nice, really comfortable, and really well made. At lease from what I can tell so far. I have only had it for a couple weeks and have worn it a couple times. I can say that it fit every pistol I put in it, from the baby Glock 42 all the way to the FNX 45 tact. And that is why I bought it, so I could carry some of my bigger guns and not have to buy 20 different holsters.

    The negatives:

    1. It is a bit of a hassle to get all loaded up, I won’t be using it for my EDC. only for the larger pistols.
    2. I hate having to cross draw for mags, I would’ve loved to see them figure out a way to have the pockets on the other side.
    3. When carrying an extra mag I found one pocket to dig into my hip/stomach, and if I put it in the other it blocked access to the handle of the pistol some. And the third pocket is too small for the mag to fit.

**pistol used to determine the issues was a H&K P30**

  104. Mark Brown (verified owner)

I bought a different model holster that claimed it would work with a full size pistol. It did not. I got mine in good time and I’m a thin guy. It fits me well and I can carry my Springfield XD 45, two spare mags and a flashlight with no imprint. Everything has a good fit and I can adjust my carry location to the exact spot for my preference. I have zero retention issues and I have used it with all of my full size guns. I was a little concerned about heat in our lovely Texas summer, but so far it is cooler than my IWB holsters and I don’t have to worry about a belt if I choose not to wear one.

  105. Chuck Stonex (verified owner)

So far so good. I got it last week and have worn it several times under my bibs as a belly holster for my Kimber Ultra 1911 which is what I bought it for.

just received my brave response holster in the mail, the setup was easy there’s a video on you tube i think i watched a week or so ago, but did not need to re-watch, anyway straight out of the package set up strapped on and have been wearing it for about three hours and hardly notice its there, very comfortable so far just like the advertisement said. wish i had seen this first i own two other holsters that didn’t work, thanks cc.

The holster works perfectly–it is comfortable and I do not sweat wearing it.

  108. Mamdouh Zeini (verified owner)

It does what is supposed to do. Really comfortable. More convenient going to the bathroom than others.

  109. Johnny M (verified owner)

I ordered a holster for myself and my wife…I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, especially about the claimed comfort. Turns out, it is easy to fit to any size weapon and the material doesn’t cause sweating and is easily concealed. My wife found it easy to fit to her form and conceal as well. Well worth the bucks for this one:)

  110. Kevin Z (verified owner)

I received my right handed holster for myself. I was pleasantly surprised that it fit quite well. With the band adjusted it fit nice under my trousers with only the Butt exposed which a loose fitting shirt takes care of nicely. My wife couldn’t tell I was even wearing it with it filled with a Ruger 45 and 3 extra clips. Well done.

The only negative that I have for it is the material the waist strap is made from. After a while of wearing it, if it is against bare skin it becomes uncomfortable to wear and chaffs skin. If there was a soft backing for it would have scored a perfect 10

  111. jacksonservices007 (verified owner)

I have used it and I like it. I like the way it fits and the way it keeps everything close to the body when in summer clothing.

  112. Courtney Rucker (verified owner)

I’ve been using this holster for about a month now and I must say the comfort/ flexibility surpasses any other holster I’ve used. I’ve since sold my other holsters and informed my friends about this holster.
    Thanks for this design.

  113. Russell Young

I’ve struggled for the past 5 years trying to find a holster that fit all situations that I want to carry…from church wearing dockers and a tucked in shirt (playing guitar on stage with the worship team) to jogging in the park wearing shorts and a tank top. This holster fits any scenario and I love it. Thanks Brave Response for creating and marketing this truly universal holster. I can carry my Makarov, P-95 Ruger, and 9mm Llama comfortably in any position. My favorite position is on the left as a cross draw (I purchased a right hand holster). Highly recommend this product!

  115. David Michael (verified owner)

Wow!! This is the best holster I’ve ever had the pleasure of wearing. Like everyone else, my tac box is full of holsters, most of which leave a lot to be desired. Not only does it hold each of my pistols firmly and properly canted, I don’t even feel it and have to check once in a while to make sure I’m actually wearing it. Versatile, easy draw, comfortable…what more could anyone ask? Thanks so much for this fine product.

  116. BRUCE A WILSTERMAN (verified owner)

My holster arrived quickly..couldn’t wait to try it out….It is all that is advertised! I find it very comfortable , very concealable no matter what I’m wearing from jeans and a T-shirt to cargo shorts and a polo style shirt…even PAJAMAS!

  117. Mike Honcho (verified owner)

I’ve been happier than a midget on stilts since I started using mine! holds my G43 as easily as my G27. The only thing I would change is to have one with the mag pouches on the other side. But overall this is the best. I’ll most likely be putting many of my other holsters up on eBay real soon! Also, my old lady is getting her concealed carry next month so I’ll be recommending this to her as well!

  118. Doug A (verified owner)

Very comfortable holster. It holds my pistol securely and 3 mags as well.
Seems very well made and it arrived quickly.

  119. Chad Skurkis (verified owner)

Hate it, the elastic with velcro fastening doesn’t hold tight enough to keep it in place. I have tried 3 different handguns all on the list of guns that fit the holster and they do not move in and out smoothly. When I try to holster a gun the belt doesn’t hold and it pushes down below my pants waistband. The extra magazine holders are very awkward to use, the spare magazines should be on the left for a right handed shooter. Reaching across your body to get a magazine was poorly thought out. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money on these as I don’t believe they will last as long as other holsters as the elastic wears out.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

Chad, I hope you will return it. We have a no questions asked return policy. Get your money back.

I loved my brave response holster, it was comfortable, breathable, the extra mag pockets were great,I received mine for Christmas when it start to first become available, I was a big guy then,300+lbs,over 3 yrs I’ve gotten back into shape lost well over 100 lbs went from a 46 waist to a 34,36 tho since I carry iwb,my only issue was that going that big to my size now the elastic as stretched to the point I cant use it any more, the band is too stretched out,I haven’t found anything as comfortable as the brave response holster, I carry a full size Xd service model cambered in 9mm,I’ve got the typical drawer of iwb and owb holsters and even with my steel core gun belt they are still uncomfortable, make my shorts and pants sag,and I use a double mag pouch on my weak side which adds more weight.I still have my response holster but I deffantly need to order a new one once financially able.

  122. Wayne Girard (verified owner)

Just got my holster. Tried it out and immediately felt several uncomfortable rough spots from the hook Velcro pads. They were not sewed on even with the strap (crooked) and where the pad was not covered by the strap the corners poked me with the hard plastic. I had to trim 5 spots with scissors to get rid of the irritating areas. Unfortunately I also cut part of the elastic about 1/2of an inch while trying to repair the holster. Now it seems to be comfortable and holds the pistol well–too bad about the poor quality control. Hope the cut elastic does not get worse.

I have not owned my new holster from your company very long, only since June 30th. But let me tell you and hopefully all your future customers that it has been a joy to wear on my side. Plus I would never have believed it if I hadn’t tried it my self, but it really does hold a large variety of weapons and I have a lot of pistols and revolvers and remarkably it takes them all. The holster is so comfortable too, I was amazed the first time I put it on how nice it fits and hugs my side, weather you wear it back, on the side or up front a little and I’m still messing around with it a bit, depending on the weapon. The other thing that’s sweet is how easy it is to draw, quick draw and holster back. This isn’t as easy with some of my other holsters and my mags fit in and out nice and easy too. I will continue to update your company as I brake in and adapt to my new Brave Response Holster, but I really think you guys are on to something here, Thank you.

  124. Zachary (verified owner)

I have owned this holster for about 2 weeks and worn it almost everyday. To and from work, sitting at the desk, two 3 hour car trips, sitting around the house, and walking around. I have had it on in jeans, khaki shorts, basketball shorts. I have a Ruger LCR and it fits like a dream. Sometimes forget its even there! The only negative thing I can say is that the way I wear it squeezes on my bladder a little bit. But hey what do you expect from an elastic belly band? Small price to pay for being protected and It hasn’t stopped me from loving my purchase. A+ would recommend.

  125. David (verified owner)

Cheaply made.. Doesn’t hold Glock 22. Very disappointed in this holster setup.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

David, if you are unsatisfied I hope you will return it for a refund. These are stitched one by one in Southern Utah with the highest quality materials we can source. They are not cheaply made. I carry the Glock 19 most days and it holds it fine. Would love if you could contact our team at [email protected] and clarify in what way it doesn’t hold your Glock 22. Your feedback is important to us!

Great holster, only problem I had was the Velcro strap, it needs to be ” Wider ” so it doesn’t pinch your side. I have to place it around my
Belt so it doesn’t kill my side. It cuts into my stomach. I’ll possibly a add Velcro strip on it. Sorry.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

      Thanks for the feedback Kevin.

I’ve had my Brave Response Holster for about two weeks and I absolutely love it. It’s very comfortable and breathes like they said it would. I wear a back support and this holster fits right over the support for full functionality and comfort. I highly recommend this holster as a replacement for your IWB holster!!

As far as the strap width goes that Kevin B Study pointed out. The strap could be an issue if worn against your skin. I wear an undershirt so it doesn’t pinch or irritate me. I suggest considering two strap sizes, 2″ & 4″, OR maybe a replaceable strap to accommodate both sizes.

    Brave Response Holster
Absolutely the most comfortable holster I have ever used.
Wore it all day the first day I got it and at times almost forgot I was wearing it.
Would highly recommend this to anyone.

  129. Kenneth Edwards (verified owner)

Best holster ever! I can carry and not print no matter what I’m wearing now. I never have to worry about my pant sagging down or my belt clip popping off. I can carry both of my hand guns I. Then act same place comfortably. My only suggestion for anyone that buys it is to save the excess band you trim off and place it on the Velcro that doesn’t get used to secure th holster. This will keep it from snagging on soft materials like gym shorts. If this one ever wears out I will buy another. I wear it every day and carry a gun, a spare mag, and my CRKT knife. My wife and kids can’t even tell that I am carrying when they know I am! Love love love this product!!

  130. Don

Like other CC holsters I have this one does not work for me in every situation. I usually carry a SIG P250 in a low Appendix Position whenever possible. The height the holster adds forces me to carry in a higher appendix position and I DO NOT LIKE a high AP. To be fair and honest, I’ve yet to find a holster that suits my preference to CC in a low AP .

Having said that I absolutely love this holster in a CC side or slightly rear of side position where carrying a little higher works perfectly for me. I don’t like a holster shoved in or clipped to my waist band for these positions. The Brave Response has very effectively filled a hole in my CC capabilities. It is very lightweight, comfortable, made to last and regardless of my comment on the low appendix position, this is the most versatile holster I’ve seen. Retention is excellent using the included and easily manipulated strap and button. I have no doubt that anyone buying this holster will find a regular spot for it in their CC lineup!!

I have been using the concealed holster for about two weeks now. It is very comfortable and easily accessible. I am a retired Police Officer and did not like to carry in the summer months due to my weapon always showing. Now I can carry without this problem.

I put away my old holster when I received my new one. I have been using every day and can say that it is the best I have ever carried. It carries my sig p250 sub compact nicely. I would recommend the holster to everyone I know.

Finally! A product that lives up to the billing. I’ve been carrying my Kimber Tactical Ultra II .45 and two spare magazines very comfortably and while wearing shorts and a T-shirt. I dont have to think about what gun i will carry now. Anything will work in this holster, revolvers and autos. This should have been thought of a long time ago.
I would tell a friend to buy if he is trying to find the idea set up.

Got my holster in the mail and started wearing it the next day. It is much more comfortable than my old “inside the waistband” holster. I don’t have to worry about it pulling my pants down. I was in shorts and a (tucked in) tee shirt in town and after speaking with a friend for about 5 minutes, I told him that I was carrying. He stated that he had no idea and I had to show him. He is ordering one soon.

Wish I had heard of the Brave Response before I purchased a cheaper Belly Band Holster. The Brave response beats the others hands down. Works just as advertised. Front sight dosen’t get hung up as can happen in another brand. Very comfortable butI will need practice re-holstering while wearing.

  142. Eric S.

Took a two day road trip wearing athletic shorts and a tshirt with a Taurus pt709. No printing at all. With my Aliengear Ibwould have to wear jeans or cargo shorts with a belt which is not as comfortable for long drives. I love that I can also carry my FNS-9 with the same holster.

  143. Robert M. Smith

I have spent a lot of money trying to find a comfortable IWB holster including several custom made. I was about to concede that there is no such thing. The Brave Response Holster is the most comfortable holster that I have tried. I bought it for my Springfield Armory XD Mod 2 subcompact 40 cal. The holster stays put and doesn’t move around. The retaining strap does defeat the grip safety of the XD, but the gun stayed secure in the holster without the strap. I will also be trying it with my 9mm S&W Shield. I’m very pleased with this holster. Thanks for a great product.

  144. Erin James (verified owner)

Love this holster. It works well with either my Remington 1911-45, my Springfield XDM 45, or my Taurus pt111 9mm. I prefer outside the waistband because you do need larger pants for iwb. But either way it is very comfortable to use

  145. L. Russell (verified owner)

I have to admit that I thought the cost was high. I’m new carrying now, so I didn’t have the problems on having different holsters for various guns.
I like the idea of being able to adjust where I’m going to position it. Depending on what clothes I’m wearing at the time. It’s very soft on the skin. Doesn’t move around. I like having room for extra clips.
I carry a Smithfield 9mm XDS. Thanks for a great product.

I’ve had this holster for about a month not and have used it most of the time. This thing is great. You can put it anywhere and it is extremely comfortable and easy. It doesn’t collect moisture and rub, stays dry and cool and I love the extra pockets. Having the space for the extra mags is great. Whether you like to carry on the waist, back or chest, this holster is the one for you!

  147. Richard Burgess

Received this holster and immediately tried it on and headed to the range. I ordered the lefthanded version and it’s everything you stated. it fitsmyTaurus9mm,taurus357 mag revolver and Colt38SPL.Am very happy with it and Amazon. Only problem is what do I do with this box of other holsters.

  148. Zachary (verified owner)

Worth EVERY PENNY. I wasn’t carrying every day prior to purchasing this holster because I felt like I was constantly adjusting my shirt, pants, or holster to address how much my firearm was printing. The day I received this holster in the mail I began carrying again, and I plan on carrying every day from now on. I needed a holster which would allow me to tuck my shirt in, and this holster allows me to.

Another concern I have had with my previous holsters, and my biggest concern with my weapon printing, is the possibility of someone seeing my firearm, and then taking it from me. The snap gives me more security in knowing that someone can’t just pull it from my holster.

Probably the biggest reason I love my holster is because it is easy to adjust (simple to find that perfect 4:00/5:00 spot), and I can also carry it as deep as long want. Every IWB holster I’ve used keeps the firearm elevated above the belt, which also keeps the firearm very visible. With this holster I can carry it just low enough to not be as visible, but high enough for a quick draw.

This will be the last holster I’ll ever need to purchase, unless I decide to try an ankle holster.

I just got my holster about a week and a half ago. I wore it all last weekend while away and it was very good. I still need to play around with it to find the exact spot to put it but overall I am very pleased. I have my pistol apart at the moment getting ready to add a red dot to it. I’m hoping that this doesn’t affect the holster too much. I would recommend that everyone at least give this one a try. Not everything is for everyone but this one seems to be one of the better ones. Thanks to the team for creating it.

I got my holster on Monday and waited a couple of days before trying it out. It is wonderful to be able to conceal under a pair of sweat pants. Comfortable and effective. I would recommend this product.

  151. John Traylor

I purchased this holster primarily because of the special velcro grip that does not tear at my synthetic shirts. The belt is too skinny and the edges of the belt continue to bite at my skin below and above the belt. It was a very itchy and uncomfortable feeling. I simply could not stand it. I would have returned it but I had already cut the belt to size and figured you guys would not take it back at that point in time. So I pretty much wasted $75 and would not recommend this belt.

John, we’ll take it back. Please return it. Contact our support team at [email protected]

I own 1 for a few months now very comfortable to wear, however it is not the perfect holster to wear. The clip holders should be on the opposite side of the sidearm, and the snap for the side arm is backwards should snap from the outside, is a pain to holster after being drawn with out a third hand

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

William having the retention strap “break” on the inside of the holster is very purposeful. Meant to disengage with the thumb while drawing. Having it there ensures that any size gun will fit without moving the retention disengagement snap. You can also consider our spare mag pouch accessory which can be put in any position of the torso.

If you really just aren’t enjoying the holster at all please consider returning it.

  153. Steven Henley (verified owner)

    Very comfortable, but too expensive.

For a holster this expensive, there are some really cheapo finishing issues, like an exposed snap back (male snap) on the thumb break that will scratch your gun. Female side of the thumb break strap is sewn down and is not adjustable – cheap feature. Ends of the Velcro belt are not finished very well, and will probably fray. I’ve seen much better finishing on $20 copy holsters from Amazon.

Haven’t had it long enough to determine the effects of sweat and wear. Will determine with use.

  154. Steven Thornton

I have only had my Brave Response Holster for about a week now. Have worn it twice. I find it is very comfortable and it hugs my body better than all of my other holsters. The last time I wore it I wore a fairly tight t-shirt and I was quite surprised that you could not see the imprint of the gun. My other holsters clip on my belt and after awhile I feel my pants being pulled down. Not the case with this holster. I tried carrying one extra clip in the pouch to the front of the gun, but when I sat down the clip was pushed up and almost fell out of the pouch. Will need to carry it in one of the back pouches from now on.
Overall I am happy with this holster and I’m glad I decided to purchase it.

  155. Heather

I am a short, somewhat small woman and this holster is definitely not made for me especially for $80+. The holster is too long for me to wear it comfortably at any site, but especially my preferred appendix site. Do most people like to carry their guns straight up and down? I prefer mine tilted when in my waistband to avoid the stabbing me in the leg or crotch and because it feels like a more natural draw. It holds the gun straight up and down which stabs me when I bend even slightly. It was quite visible even with a loose shirt. Also the velcro placement on the belt leaves a long section flapping. As for the material, the couple times I’ve worn it, it was comfortable. I plan to try to customize it somehow, but wouldn’t recommend it to women.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

Heather, just a quick reply to your comment. We sell the holster for $70 + $5 shipping currently. If you paid $80+ you overpaid and I would like to know where you bought it. The holster does not position the firearm straight up and down. It has a built in 15 degree cant. Appendix carry is a unique position and not ideal for this holster. Generally for appendix carry you would want either zero cant or a reverse cant instead of the 15 degree forward cant in this holster. The long section flapping you mentioned can and should be trimmed off per the instructions that come with the holster. Either way if you don’t love it we would encourage you to contact us to return it for a refund.

For me, this holster is hands down the best I have found. I tried many holsters but was not able to find one that I could wear comfortably all day or that wasn’t constantly pulling my shorts down to my knees. Three things stand out about this holster. It is very comfortable even during long periods of time. Secondly, I could adapt it to the three different handguns that I carry. And thirdly, I am able to carry extra magazines. While being touted as an IWB holster, I prefer to use it as an OWB holster and it functions just as well. I like wearing T-shirts over my shorts and there is very little if any imprinting. I encourage anyone who is looking for an extremely comfortable full time concealed carry holster to take a look at this one. You won’t be disappointed !

  157. David Hair (verified owner)

I am absolutely thrilled with this holster. I have gone through several and this one does all facets well. It is the most comfortable holster I have had and is easy to put on. I can’t feel it even with a magazine in there and the material doesn’t cause sweating. It has very low print profile with gun and mag and is easy to draw and re-holster. I use to forgo wearing when I wore tucked in shirts because of the clips but this one makes it easy wear even with a tucked in shirt. I like having the option to remove safety strap. I am more likely to carry now that I have this because it is easy to put on, is comfortable and I can wear with anything with it except maybe a swimsuit.

Best concealed carry so holster I’ve tried. Works exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and easy to wear. Highly recommended.

the most comfort holster I have owned works great with my glock, you can wear it all day and forget its even there so just right!

  160. Kevin Zueger

I Ordered the RH Carry Holster, the quality of the “Holster” is excellent! That said, like many other reviewers the pet-peeves are the same, edges of Velcro are jabbing, having the extra mags on the same side, not enough “receiving” Velcro, (easy fix, my wife sewed on a mid-piece).Blah Blah Blah! $75 for this Holster is pushing it! I would have readily paid $50 MORE for better refinement of the design. The “One Size Fits Most” “Concept” is bullshitery, created to increase the bottom line!! OK! Now firstly, everyone that conceal carries or open carries MUST get used to doing so. Regardless of what or how your are carrying. This holster, like any, will take time to get used to! I wear it outside the wasteband, my preferred way to carry, it holds my Glock 23 , 2 mags & a EDC knife with minimal to zero imprint. Most Importantly! It holds my weapon securely! Which gives it an overall two thumbs up ?? ??

  161. normc

This one of the few holsters that fits me well. I’m pleased with the comfort and functionality. I can carry my Glock with three mags very well. It does get a bit heavy with all of the mags but I can carry them if I wish too. I have almost no print even when I wear light, casual clothing. Does it irritate?
Yes, some but not nearly as bad as other systems I have purchased. Will I purchase again? Yes. Will I recommend it to others? Yes. I have read where others have had problems with customer service. If this is indeed true, the company needs to fix this problem. They say no hassles, no worries. Then, that’s the way it should be.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

Thanks Norm; I would love to know where you’ve read that we have customer service problems. We have a full time customer service team that takes phone calls, and responds to all voicemails, emails, and texts within 1 business day.

This holster is great! I can wear it high and easy to get or drop it lower for greater concealment in a flash. I ride a motorcycle almost everywhere I go also so the ability to quickly and easily shift it closer to my left side making it easier to draw left handed is a huge perk! I carry one extra mag, a bit lighter or tourniquet, and a multi tool in the mag pouches which helps make one even profile across my back and makes sure I always have the essentials. Hook and loop on this thing is awesome too! It’s heavy duty and doesn’t irritate the skin with random stray hooks like some Velcro materials will. Overnight my favorite holster! You guys rock!

  163. Bryant Scott Albey (verified owner)

Love the holster it just needs a few future modifications on the next run. While wearing the holster it slides up and out of my pants. I recommend adding some type of rubber grip to the outside of the holster where it comes in contact with your waist band. Other than that it is incredibly comfortable. I’m still trying to figure out a way to add some grip to my current model so I can wear it more.

  164. Steven

Very comfortable and versatile. Highly pleased with it. Big plus is that it is not gun specific.

  165. Jason

I’ve had my new holster for about 4 weeks now and I have a pretty sizable gut. I thought I’d never be able to wear a full size pistol and extra ammo.
Because of the way the holster and strap fit around my waist, I can not wear my full size Sig Sauer 40 cal with an extra mag, a flash light and my totally awesome Zero Tolerance pocket knife. I couldn’t be more pleased. The holster is comfortable to wear, positions my weapon easily over my right hip and makes the weapon totally concealed. I wore my pistol today for 10 straight hours, walking around, driving and sitting for longer periods of time. The holster is totally comfortable and does not pinch or poke me anywhere. If i have any complaints its having to wear an undershirt and the holster begins to slide down a little bit after wearing it a long time. It is easily re positioned and I will need to buy some light undershirts for daily wear. Thanks so much for making such an awesome product. My brother in Law has purchased his Brave Response Holster off my recommendation and I will keep spreading to word.

  166. John T RunningWolf

I have worn probably hundreds of holsters as I joined the military at 17 spent over a decade servicing my county until I had been injuries to many times and was broken. So I received an honored discharge with a medical. I then went to college got a degree in criminal justice and went into law enforcement and continued serving the citizens up until I retired. During those 37 years between the military and Law enforcement I was carrying at least one weapon every day if not more. So I think I know holsters pretty well. I was awful excited to try out this new product as I thought they had a great Idea going on. Well, hers is how 3 15 hour days went using 3 different weapons for 5 hours each in which I would sit, drive, shop, walk my dog, go to the store.. you know things that I would normally do. Most on a daily basis. The only thing that I did not do was go to the range as I do everyday. Which I will explain at the end of my comments. Now I used all 3 weapons each day for 5 hours and this was a 3 day test. The weapons I carried were a Sprieldfield EMP 3 barrel, S&W M%P Performance 40 cal and a Glock 22. Now I am 5′ 9. and 178 and about a size 34 . I placed the holster belt around my mid stomach right below my ribs. When I secured the band I found that there was an excessive length left over that actually hung down below my shirt, so I kept having to tuck it in my belt. Next I found that over the course of the ne?t t hours that the gun belt started to ride down own it’s own until my handle of my weapon was even with my belt. At which point I stopped for safety reasons. If I had to draw my weapon Good Lord forbid at that time. Well, I would have been been meeting my maker instead as I would have been able to have accessed my weapon and even worse. If I was killed, that individual could potentially locate my weapon then they would have my gun, all because I could not reach my weapon. This happened on all three of my weapons. When it happened one the 1st weapon, I did not feel comfortabtable enough to take it to the range.

Now I will say this on behalf of this company. This is a well thought out concept . Not everyone will agree on a holster eve period. There are numerous holsters that I do not like, does that make them bad holsters and mean you should not purchase their holster? Only YOU YES THAT’S RIGHT YOU! Because YOU are going to be the one wearing it. Not me. and certainly not anyone else who is writing a review here. Now before you start thinking… No, I am NOT in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM AFFILATED WITH THIS COMPANY!!
All I am saying is simply this. Every has an opinion, just like everyone has an asshole. And they all stink.
Just use the brain the Good Lord gave you and make up your own mind and quite reading what Every one else is jabbering about. If after you watch the presentation you want to try it the order it. Cowboy up.
I will leave you with one last saying.
You can’t run with the big dogs if you pee like a puppy.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

John, thank you for your service to our country and community and thank you for a well thought out review of the holster. If the holster isn’t staying in place the band is probably not tight enough around the body. There is generally a sweet spot where it is secure enough but doesn’t cause discomfort. For some that sweet spot really doesn’t seem to exist perhaps. Getting it tight enough to stay in place may just cause discomfort in which case it isn’t a solution for that person. There are instructions in the package that come with the holster about how to trim the excess waistband if desired. Given that it didn’t work out for you I hope you will consider returning it for a refund! Thanks again! -Jacob

I definitely underestimated the comfort and efficiency of this holster, even with whatever I choose to carry. 3 extra mags don’t even feel like they’re on the belt. I thoroughly recommend you try it… will keep it. Bet your wife/girlfriend/daughter would benefit with something like this too. If ever there was a time to own and use your rights, it’s now. Protect yourself with all the confidence you need to have in any concealment equipment.

Rated a 4 as I think there are improvements that could still be made. This is my #2 holster, #1 is a simple single-clip IWB kydex with a full backing that covers the handgrip area, molded for my S&W Shield 9mm.
So… Unless you wear a t-shirt under this, be prepared to have the velcro scratching your skin, unless you line these up perfectly. I would suggest as an improvement to have an addition of 4 heavy-duty snaps at one end, so you can line up the straps, adjust to size one time, then use the snaps to put on and take off.
Next, I do not really like bare metal on skin, again a T-shirt is needed… Suggestion of adding more material to cover most common size handgrip areas. Not too much of an issue with the Shield (a couple inches of handgrip touch skin), but my Walther P99 sometimes gets a little sweaty in the summer heat.
Finally… I love the fact that this stays concealed when nature calls and there is a need to drop your drawers, but getting everything back in place after? Pull the whole thing up into your ribs so the undergarments can be pulled up, or work on tucking them under the velcro band. Not sure if there is anything that could be done about this, but thought it should be mentioned.
Again, great holster, it adjusts to both of the above handguns with ease, and other than the minor discomforts/issues noted, it is very comfortable to wear in heat and cold, and does not seem to print much at all, even with just a (logo) t-shirt over it.

I love the concept of this holster as this is the 5th one that I’ve purchased. I am using this one primarily so I can give it a chance and review it. First the positives. I love having the mag compartments (I use it for one mag and a tac flashlight). The material on the holster (body side) is top notch. The adjustable retention strap is a nice touch.

Now the negatives or please improve and I’ll buy an upgraded section. The velcro straps are set-up for a left handed person. The male portion of the velcro needs to be on the left strap on right handed holsters and the female velcro needs to be on the right side. It’s awkward for me to attach it. The waist band as suggested could have snaps or make the waist band a little wider with narrower velcro. I have the velcro irrigation issue also. It the velcro was narrower than the waistband, you most likely won’t get the velcro rub.

Again, as suggested, it the holster material went up about 2″ higher it would be perfect for my Glock 27. I get the rub from the grip also.

As I stated, if these improvement were implemented, this would be a 5-star holster hands=down.

I bought the holster a left hand model for my wife. She doesn’t wear pants with belt loops so normal holsters just didn’t work for her but the Brave is just what the doctor ordered as the saying goes. She carries a Walther PK-380 which does have a rail laser which doesn’t make for a good fit but she doesn’t need the laser anyway.

  171. Dan

I ordered 2 (one for my left handed son & the other for me). Used mine with a Micro 9 and in about a month the elastic has let loose and it won’t stay in place.

It’s wonderful. I can wear it in all clothing, i.e. gym clothes, jeans and dress clothes. It great for my Glock 19 and 43. Minimal printing, I can even carry my duty weapon with ease off the clock.

I originally bought the Brave Response Appendix holster but could not get comfortable carrying in that position so I contacted them and they offered to swap it for this one and I love it so much better. This is my go to IWB holster and the one that I use the most. My only issue with this is that the velcro sections are not in the right places so I either have to make it really tight or it is a little loose. Either way it does get uncomfortable after an extend amount of time wearing it, which is unfortunate because other than that I really do like it a lot. Thank you for being so willing to make me a happy customer.

Received my Holster Thursday of last week. Really fast shipping! I tried it out right out of the package and found it to be the most comfortable holster I have ever worn. Perfect concealed carry holster for my XDS 45! I haven’t tried a 1911 in it yet but I don’t try to conceal that anyway.

I received my holster a few days ago. It seems to be very well manufactured. i’m sorry, but to a severe back injury, I haven’t had the chance to try it out. In fact, except for a doctors visit on the third, I haven’t left the house, and spent most of my time in bed. Sorry I cannot be of more help

I received my Brave Response Holster in yesterdays mail. It was exactly as described I spent aprox. 10 minutes setting it up for my current carry gun a Beretta 92 compact, it fits perfectly and I opted for the 3 magazine carry rather than a knife or flashlight. To say it is comfortable is an understatement. I wore it all day under my sweats and I felt like it wasn’t even there, No discomfort or sweat problems at all. It is a godsend or me as I don’t hab=ve to rely on pants with belt loops anymore.
I was also very impressed with their customer service department. I sent an e-mail to ask the status of my shipment which had been delayed because of backorders which I understand can happen, but on the plus side customer service got back to me in less than 24 hours and kept in contact with me by e-mail everyday advising me of the status and shipping number on a daily basis until the holster was delivered. Really top grade customer service.
I am totally satisfied with the product in every respect.

Very comfortable, don’t need a belt so I can wear all my pull-up Bermuda shorts and capris. My previous holster clipped into my belt and it was not easy getting out of the car because it hit the steering wheel (I’m short). Easy to conceal so I don’t feel self-conscious that it might show.

  181. James (verified owner)

I just received my Brave response holster I’m a little overweight so it’s a struggle to try to get the velcro to line up with that being on the left hand side. Once it is on and in place you have to hope that it’s tight enough or start sliding down but once it is on it’s really comfortable with a Glock 19 Gen 4 and two magazines and a knife once it gets upgraded if there’s some way where once it’s adjusted for us fat guys the next time will be a lot easier this is a great product but most people aren’t 280 with a gut and I don’t want this to keep me from carrying concealed

I am a first time concealed carrier. I did some research, and asked advise from some people I know whom carry, and have for several years. After more research, and taking the info I studied for several months, I decided to purchase the Brave Response holster over several other brands I researched. I am so glad I did, it is very comfortable for me. I am not a small guy by any means. I now wake up shower, and put my gun on my side. It has already became second nature for me. I don’t go without it.
Thanks guys for making this product.

I have had my Brave Response holster for a week now and it is the most comfortable one I have found to date. I am a big person and this fits without any trouble, and in the heat of the South this one does not make me sweat or itch. You can position it under your clothes and know one would ever know you were carrying concealed. It comes in L & R side and has extra pouches for clips, knife or a small flashlight. I would highly recommend this product to one and all.

I’m a skeptic. I’m 62, and I’ve been armed damn near all my life, legally.
I’ve worn leg rigs, belt rigs, and shoulder holsters with full-size pistols.
The smaller pistols came out and the concealed craze began. I joined in,
and had to try many holsters of many types to get near to comfortable.
The Brave Response Holster System was the latest attempt.
This one is finally it. Wish it had been available 20 years ago. The extra
    Mag pouches are excellent also.

The holster was everything they said it was and more. Fits close to my body and no one can tell I have gun on my side. On a one to ten

I’ve been extremely impressed with the versatility of this holster. I love the fact that j never swap holsters making my draws consistent no matter the firearm. Wish I would’ve bought two! Excellent service was just the icing on top. Fantastic product!

This isn’t a great holster for a 1911. Although it will fit, the snap for the retention strap will rub on the frame and the holster isn’t tall enough to protect your skin from the weapon. This holster works great for polymer frame pistols and can hold double stack magazines, just don’t sit down. I bought the extra magazine pouches because I figured it would be too wide and I was right. All-in-all, it’s a good belly band holster.

I used this holster on two different hand guns. It is very easy to make the adjustments for which one that I want to carry. The holster is the most comfortable that I have ever worn, with which ever hand gun that I am carrying.

After not carrying my Taurus P111 because it was so uncomfortable and unsecure, I ordered your Brave Response holster, and have now worn my weapon out shopping, getting my nails done, etc. It is more comfortable and easier to conceal under my clothes. I am a 65 yr – old teacher who is heavy, and didn’t like that my weapon flopped around and wouldn’t stay out of sight. My new holster has resolved that issue and I am more confident that no one suspects that I have a weapon. I do need to practice pulling and shooting, now that I feel confident that my pistol is secure. Money well spent.

Like many others, I doubted this rig would live up to the hype, but I can honestly say that this setup works. I have carried a G19 w/1 xtra mag and a similar sized Sig P320, both were very comfy on my regular 3 mi walk, the Glock was a bit better, the only improvement I could ask for would be more of a sweat sheild, I dont wear an undershirt so the butt/rear of slide can be a pain in the side, but I still rate this rig a 5 star setup !

  200. Tim (verified owner)

I have looked at the advertisements for this holster for a while. Finally ordered one. I have carried all forms of holsters over the years, some worked for me and some didn’t. I have had this one for just over a week and I find it to be very comfortable and it can be worn with any clothing that I choose to wear without problems when I have a need for concealment. The only downside is that without an undershirt my weapon is against my body, a taller backside between the grip and the body would be a great addition. I will be ordering more of these as gifts in the future.

Comfortable to wear! I’m a little curious how long the velcro will last, but I back it up with a safety pin so hopefully it won’t fall should the velcro fail. No issues thus far, I’m just playing it safe. And yes folks, it really does hold a Desert Eagle!!! Snug of course, but I have my .50 in it as we speak!

This is a great product! Fulfills all my expectations. My usual carry is either a Beretta Storm P4 9MM or 45Cal. With either, the adjustment of the hammer strap is quick and solid. The holster is comfortable in several positions. Thanks for producing such a great product!

  203. D (verified owner)

Very happy with my new holster. Wear it York every day. Super comfortable and low profile. Highly recommend this product

    I like it

  205. Bernard Cooks (verified owner)

I received my holster this past week and I am loving it. I can wear it with any clothing and do not have to worry about the holster sliding in anyway.

  206. Anthony Penny (verified owner)

Tony….Great holster easy on and off…very easy to adjust to that perfect position. I would and have recommended it to my fellow friends.

  207. Lindsay Masters

Everything is as described. Very pleased with my holster! The only concern I have is the Velcro, when it gets old, I’ll have to buy a new holster. I’d modify the belt so the Velcro can be replaced. I’d still highly recommend as it is! Great product!??

  208. Chris Arlotta (verified owner)

An amazing holster. It does everything they claim and more. Extremely comfortable, keeps the firearm close to the body, I don’t have to wear extra large shirts to cover it. And I don’t have to worry about my pants or shorts staying in place and working that my holster will be exposed. Don’t have to worry about using a public restroom and wondering what to do with my gun, especially since I wear button fly jeans.

  209. Joe (verified owner)

I have worn this holster, but consequently, I have returned to wearing my old holster (respectfully, I will not mention the manufacturer). Why? First, it seems an undershirt is required to keep the holster from moving upon draw stroke. Sorry, but, during the dog days of a high humidity/temperature St. Louis Summer, I am not wearing layers. Second, aligning the Velcro patches to achieve a tight fit is not optimal. Third, if you do not align the patches evenly, and you are not wearing an undershirt, then you feel the stiff plastic constantly poking and irritating your skin. These are some standout criticisms I am experiencing. However, I do like the pockets for additional magazines and tools. Also, my weapon fits snuggly within the designated space. I will try wearing this holster more once the weather cools to ascertain if it proves comfortable and effective for EDC. So far, I would give this product three stars. This holster may work well for others with different dress requirements. The quality of construction seems sound. For me, time will tell.

Holster works great with my colt 1911 4” barrel. It distributes the weight very well and is very comfortable. I’m glad I can now carry in sweatpants and shorts without my pants wanting to fall off. The holster is so great that my parents and siblings want one too.

  211. Robert (verified owner)

This holster is marvelous. With any outfit casual or full dress this holster is wonderful. Able to carry my weapon and spare magazine at all times . Very comfortable, very secure. highly recommend.

  212. James Eibach (verified owner)

This is by far the best concealment holster I have ever owned. I’m a big guy and have always experienced discomfort with any holster I’ve tried. This one allows me to carry comfortably. I highly recommend this holster. Also bought one for my son. I can’t wait to give it to him! Whoever designed this is a genius.

  213. Alex Brown (verified owner)

It is a nice holster good for when you want to tuck in your shirt and you can do almost anything in it. Not as comfortable as its claimed the edges get ya a bit and I would recommend wearing a shirt under it. I’m thinking about adding some padding to mine for that purpose. Other than that it’s a good holster does what it is designed for.

  214. Ron (verified owner)

The last holster I will ever need. I have purchased many different styles over the years and found this one to be the best and most versatile. Fits all my handguns and adjustable for the different ways I like to wear it. Very comfortable fit. Seriously think of purchasing this holster before any other. Will save you lot’s of money in the long run looking for the right one.

  215. Bob Masters (verified owner)

Most comfortable holster i’ve Used. I carry a Springfield EMP9 mm, which is rather heavy, for concealed carry. The Brave response holster is much more comfortable than my inside the waistband holsters.

  216. Raymond Altes (verified owner)

Having worn the holster for about a week, it does perform as advertised. The waist band does need to be wider for heavier folks, it bunches up which requires adjustment throughout the day. The holster backing is not tall enough to cover the pistol grips, which is very uncomfortable for a couple of my guns with checkered grips, the other guns are smaller with plastic grips so they aren’t affected so much. Having mag holders on the same side with the gun makes a shooter either have to change hands to reload or lay the gun down. Not very smart in a pressure situation. Overall a good concept but needs improvement.

I don’t normally write reviews on products but I think this one deserves one. I’m finishing up a deployment to Iraq with the US ARMY. This has been the most comfortable holsters I have ever worn. I would wear this holster all day long until I got into the aircraft and I would switch to a holster mounted on my flight vest. After the flight I would switch back and perform all aircraft maintenance with a weapon with no problems at all. To be completely honest I would forget I was wearing the holster most of the time. You can wear this holster and M9 with your PT uniform with ease. I would carry an extra mag with me and my military ID in one of the pouches. One of the most important advantages of this holster is it is PORTA POTTY APPROVED!! When you need to go all you have to do is pull the holster up under your arm pits and take care of business. I know after this deployment I will be buying another one for my personal firearm back home. Thanks for a great product.

This is one of the best holsters I have ever owned. Works great with anything I wear and is super comfortable with everything. I have recommended this holster to multiple people and will continue. Thanks again guys keep up the great work.

I have been carrying my weapon in my brave response holster every day for the past 2 weeks. Unlike my kydex holsters I have not once taken it off my side when sitting at my desk, because it was uncomfortable. Even at 260 lbs the brave response holster is the most comfortable holster I own. I own different IWB & OWB kydex holsters and none come close to the comfort of the brave response holster. If you want to carry every day (and why wouldn’t you) you have got to get one of these. Also, support your president Donald Trump MAGA!

  220. Thomas Stackhouse (verified owner)

My Colt 1911 Government fits very well and is very easy to draw and then rssecure. However, my Colt Cobra 2 will go into the holster, but the six shot cylinder will hang up on a draw attempt. Pleased with high quality and virtually unlimited adjustability. I would recommend and buy again. Thanks!

  221. Jimi D

I recently received my second Brave Response Holster (BRH). I am sincerely happy with the fit and versatility of the holster. Like most of the reviewers, I own numerous other holster brands. While I don’t think that the perfect holster for every situation and body type has yet to be invented, the BRH is as close as they come… it certainly exceeds my needs for daily carry. The holster has proven itself to be very durable. This, coupled with the fact that it is machine washable further adds to the allure of the product. Joe in Customer Support is an invaluable asset to the Concealed Carry team and, he is highly professional and responsive. Lastly, my sincere appreciation to Jacob and staff for the timely and pertinent information that they willingly share with the carrying community. These folks cover our six, so I feel further compelled to support their initiatives, which is easy to do with a quality product such as the BRH.

Concealedcarry, love your product the Brave Response holster, works great just like you said for my Springfield 9mm 4.5 xdm with top mounted laser site the only one I could find on the market to accommodate my particular weapon. 2 + thumbs up to design and comfortability, would definitely recommend your product over any other to friends and family 100% a winner. Wish I could afford to get another magazine holder at this time but still an excellent product. Sincerely, Matt Kitzmiller

This is a good holster. It allows for extra ammo on hand if needed. It’s more comfortable than my shoulder holster or sidekick. My sp2340 fits a lil too tight but, I’m sure it will loosen up with regular use. Thanks guys.

I just want to add my voice to all the great reviews this holster is getting. I have used it for about a week now, and frankly wonder why I did not have one before. This is the most comfortable/practical holster I have owned and I have a box full of holsters I do not wear that I am slowly giving away to my friends. I am really pleased with this product and would buy one again should I need two. Oh, but I will get one for my wife for Christmas, don’t tell her, it’s a surprise

  225. Dee Kepler (verified owner)

I have had my holster for a little over a week. I am very pleased and though I was a little skeptical when I first saw it, my 22 full size weapon fits beautifully. I like that the waist ban fits from tiny to large and it is quite comfortable. It is nice to know I can wear my gun and not stand out like a sore thumb. Being a larger female makes it obvious in a lot of clothing if you have on a weapon. Being older makes me even more of a target for punks who think they can take advantage of me. NOW I am ready for whatever comes my way. It is as comfortable as advertised!

  226. Art Cameron (verified owner)

I am very pleased with the Brave Response holster. It is flexible as to where one positions it, so it is easy to wear comfortably. I carry a 38 Air Weight with a flashlight IWB from morning to bedtime and then the holster is positioned for access at night. This is a great improvement over my previous method of carry. I also gave one to my neighbor who seemed pleased with the possibilities. THANKS for a great product!

I am a bottom line up front type person! There is no better holster on the market! After 20 years as an active duty combat Marine and serving as a criminal investigator I can say this is the best holster I’ve owned! I have the left hand Brave response holster and it has been a answer to my conceal carry problems. I am constantly wearing suits and ties as well as shorts/sweat shirts on the weekends. No matter what clothing items I have on the Brave Response holster has been the perfect fit for me. No one and I mean no one other than my wife who see’s me put it on in the morning even suspects I’m carrying. Rather it’s my Glock 43, 19 or 26, it’s totally concealed and comfortable at that. I have came home after a long 10-13 hour day and forgotten I had the thing on only taking it off to go to bed! I haveseveral other holster’s from Kydex, leather and a few belly holsters that I have not touched since this arrived in the mail! My only regret is waiting as long as I did to order it! Blessing, Alvin out of Wisconsin

  228. Keith (verified owner)

I love this holster! I find it to be very comfortable and most times I forget that I have it on and to effortlessly be able to fit any number of my firearms is an added plus! It saves me money from having to constantly have to go out and purchase holster. Great job!

  229. John Gibbs (verified owner)

i have tried many inside the waistband holsters over the years and this is the best by far. i have worn it with sweat pants and even gym shorts. i can adjust the height and my gun stays put. i recently went from a single stack m and p shield to a sig 320 x carry double stack and it is obviously a larger gun but this holster makes it easy .i carry 2 extra mags and after a while dont even realize i am wearing it.

  230. Jeff Nelson (verified owner)

My favorite holster! Two things that would improve it: the canvas needs to extend high enough so that the retention snap and the hand grip don’t rub against me. Second, the retention strap that is attached, needs to be longer and adjustable (or removable) with velcro. I can’t adjust the strap properly, so I removed the velcro half and am going without a retention strap.

  231. Randal Walker (verified owner)

Received my holster the other day. They’re not lying. It’s awesome. My S&W M&P .40 fit perfectly. Best thing about it…. when you have to go to the bathroom, it’s not weighing down your pants. I can wear it with baggy shorts and even a t-shirt will still conceal it. Very nice product. Probably… no… the very best conceal holster I’ve owned.

  232. Robert Farmer (verified owner)

Robert farmer 10/16/18 I purchased the right hand holster and was really let down. The belt irritated my skin so I have to wear it on the out side of my shirt. Also, I cannot draw my weapon very easily as the sight wants to snag. I have a FN Five Seven and thought this would be a holster I could use. NOPE!

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

Robert, sorry to hear that. I hope you will return it. No questions asked money back guarantee!

  233. Aldona (verified owner)

Got mine about a week ago! Love it! Most comfortable holster I’ve worn! Gun sits nice without much print! Like the fact that I don’t have to wear a hard belt! I wear shorts a lot and most are not made for belts! This holster makes it easy to carry and still be comfortable no matter what I’m wearing!

  234. Vaughn Ericson (verified owner)

I received my Brave Response holster a week ago and have worn it daily since. I like the adjustable fit, comfort and convenience of the versatility of using it as an IWB or OWB depending on the daily activity. To-date, my only observation/complaint is that the strap rolls on the side opposite of the holder it seems sturdy at first, but rolls if I don’t wear it exactly on my hip bone. Otherwise, I’m going to wear it daily for a few more months to see how well it holds up before I make my final assessment.

  235. Rick Combs (verified owner)

Got mine in 3 days. I Love it. Gun sets perfect in holster even with the extra mags. Best one Ive owned.

  236. Ric K.

Prompt service. Everything as advertised. Accomidates my Five Seven as well as the larger FN .45. Comfort is much better than expected and the ability to wear with any kind of pant/short/sweat pant is a game changer. I’ve told all my friends and family who carry concealed that this is a must have item for CCW! I can imagine over time the elastic waist band could give out, and an option for a replaceable belt option may be reasonable for future models. Great product, now need to order my wife’s!

  237. Robert Henson (verified owner)

I just received my holster and couldn’t be more pleased. It fits perfectly even wearing gym style shorts and a tee shirt. I showed it to a friend of mine and he promptly ordered one for himself.

  238. Jimmy Murley (verified owner)

I must say over all I am thoroughly pleased with the Brave Response Holster. Being a big man, it’s been difficult to find a holster that I could wear concealed or open (legal in Texas). The belly bands were okay but you end up with the double jelly roll look. With the Brave Response Holster, it’s the best of both worlds. That being said, the strap/belt needs a bit of upgrading.
    1) If you have a gut, the edge of the velcro can be somewhat uncomfortable unless you pull your shorts up between the belt and the edge (or your shirt). Maybe make it a bit wider and the velcro not to the edge?
    2) I prefer not to cut the end of the belt where the remainder unused hangs. Instead, I sewed in an additional 2″ strip of velcro to secure the end. So far so good.
This holster snugs up against the body and unless you know it’s there, it’s invisible. Like I said, over all, I love it! Modify the belt/strap and I’d give it 5 stars.
OH!! By the way, FAST DELIVERY!!! No complaints and only praise on that point!
    Thanks Concealed Carry.

I got mine last week and love it, I have a traditional holsters and don’t like them. This holster fits around my waistline and is very comfortable especially with all the traveling I do for a living.

  240. Sean Cornelius (verified owner)

Unbelievably comfortable. Wore while jogging with no issues. Best holster I’ve owned and I appendix carry.

  241. Sean Cornelius (verified owner)

The holster is unbelievably comfortable. A lot of times I forget I have it own… even will sitting. I even wear when I go jogging and it works very well. Best holster that I own and I appendix carry.

  242. Marleen Hoffman (verified owner)

I have been wearing my Brave Response Holster for a couple weeks. It is very comfortable, my LCR fits in it nicely and easily conceals with little or no handprint. It is not easy to find a good holster that works with different types of clothing and weapons as this one does especially for a female. I will wait a couple more weeks before I cut off part of the waist band as it is too large but I doubt I will be returning it. Thank you for making a great versitle product.

  243. Jason Daniell

So far this has been the most comfortable option I have had for deep conceal. I wear it at about 3:30-4 o’clock position and it comfortable standing, sitting, driving, etc. I removed the retainer as I feel there is plenty of retention without it and I don’t want the extra hassle. Only suggestion I would offer would be to make both sides of the container removable. Current design allows for outside (adjustable) retainer to be removed but the inside one is permanent. I cut mine out because it is uncomfortable to turn down and leaving it out leaves my firearm subject to scratches.

  244. Lee gorion (verified owner)

read A lot of reviews on the brave response holster before making my purchase, very skeptical, but! because it was made in the USA I decided to order it and try it out. To my surprise, I am impressed with the quality and everything said about this product, it exceeded my expectations. Clearing any doubts I had. so glad I give it try, shipping was fast, got it in 3 days, and I live overseas. Great customer service and quick response. Thank you

I really am impressed with this holster system. I have been using it now for a few weeks and really love the comfort and small footprint it makes. Can’t say enough about it. I really like it.

  246. Miguel Guzman

The principle of the holster its actually very good, I haven’t used it a lot to comment more on, but the one time I used it, it was ok. Probably I will do some mods but I still like it.

  247. GW Satterfield (verified owner)

Worth every penny! I’ve had many different concealed carry holsters. By far the best concealed carry holster I’ve owned. I noticed some reviews that don’t necessarily align with my assessment. If you watch the video on wear of the brave response holster you’ll have no problems using the holster. However, like any holster on the market, especially concealed carry holsters, you’ll have to adjust and practice until you’re comfortable with it. Great product and well worth the price!!

  248. Randall Rissler (verified owner)

Received the holster a few days ago, I have worn it and am wearing it now. Its comfortable and works well with different firearms. I’ve used it with my sig P250 . 40 and S and W M&P 9. The extra mag pouch’s are great and offer variety for flashlight and knife. so far I really like it.

  249. Karl Link (verified owner)

I’ve had mine for couple weeks now n love it. It’s breathable n very flexible. I prefer to carry my glock 19 n this is perfect, plus a couple of extra mags makes it even better. I wear a lot of tie string shorts n sweats n this belt is perfect for that. I had tried a different brand “belly belt” which was uncomfortable n not as breathable. A five star product….

  250. Marty (verified owner)

I would give this holster a five star rating. Very comfortable and easily concealed. My Sig fits perfectly along with 2 extra mags. Well worth the money!!

  251. R J (verified owner)

Since I received my holster all my waking hours have been with it strapped to my side.
I carry a Glock 22 Gen 4 and surprisingly it’s been comfortable. I haven’t put any mags on it, 17 shots I hope will do the trick.
I’m a South Florida Boy and mainly a shorts and T-shirt guy. It doesn’t get uncomfortable in the heat and no irritation or rash occurs. It’s simply the best concealed holster I’ve worn.
If your shopping for a concealed holster look no further, you’ll agree that this baby does the trick.

  252. Jim

Concealed Carry sent me an email and asked me to rwrite a review for the holster I ordered. Here it is, I ordered this holster on 2/18/19. As I write this, it’s 3/3/19 and I still haven’t received it.

Enjoy the holster, like so many others. I have a Glock model 30 (45 cal} and my only frustration is not being able to use the security snap.
Pulled as hard as I could but no luck.
Probably have to take it to a seamstress that could make an adjustment.

    • Jacob Paulsen (verified owner)

Brad the exterior side of the strap is attached via velcro. You can remove it and adjust the length as desired. The interior side of the strap shouldn’t move (and doesn’t) because it is positioned right where your thumb should go during the draw stroke.

I’ve paid over $200+ for Alien Gear holster and waited for over 6 months to get it and it is crazy uncomfortable. I bought this holster and forgot about it and it came super fast and I am blown away. It is so comfortable and i can barely tell a pistol is there even my full size fn 45 tactical. very impressed.
