Thank you for being a member! This brief tutorial will walk you through the steps of updating the credit card used for your membership payments.
STEP 1: Login to the website and Access Your User Dashboard
You can login and access your User Dashboard here:
Once logged in your user dashboard should look something like this:
STEP 2: Click on “Payment Methods” Under the “Profile/Account” Menu Option
STEP 3: Click “ADD PAYMENT METHOD” on the blue button
STEP 4: Input New Card Information and Check the “Update the Payment Method used for all of my active subscriptions” box.
Click “ADD PAYMENT METHOD”
STEP 6: Confirm You Are Active!
If your last payment failed several days ago you may not be active even if you have updated your payment method. Check the “My Orders” in the main user menu and make sure they all show as complete or processing. If they are on hold or pending payment please follow the link to complete those charges.
