I live in New jersey and it is impossible to get a conceal carry permit. I have a florida, vorginia and arizona non resident permits. Neither of them have reprocity with pennsylvania. Now the question is. West virginia is not that far away. Can i get a resident conceal and carry, if i go there and go to a post office and get a po box. Will po box's ne ok to apply for a conceal carry permit?
An address will not suffice to prove residency in order to obtain the resident permit. You would need a drivers license. It is possible, though only by trying could we confirm, that a vehicle registration or property tax bill could also suffice.
