I have a Sneaky Pete holster that I carry a Glock 43 in. If it is on my belt without anything covering it (shirt), is it considered concealed? No part of the gun is visable.
Dean, that is going to vary some depending on the state you are in since the legal definition of concealed varies from state to state… BUT if I had to be generic I would say that generally concealed means that reasonable, normal people wouldn't see the firearm OR discern that it is there under normal circumstances. So, I think that broadly speaking the public at large wouldn't see a sneaky pete holster and know there is a gun in there… but I'm making an assumption that an officer or DA or prosecutor or jury of your peers might disagree with.
